تمرکز قوا در جنگ آینده

اصول جنگ از جنس مبانی عقلانی و منطقی حاکم بر جنبه نظامی جنگ است. اصل تمرکز قوا که به تمرکز توان رزمی موثر در زمان و مکان درست تعریف می‌شود، به طور عقلانی و منطقی، همچنان بر طرح‌ریزی و اجرای عملیات‌های تهاجی در آینده حاکم خواهد بود. پرسشی که این پژوهش سعی دارد به آن پاسخ دهد این است که «روش و ملاحظات به کارگیری اصل تمرکز قوا با توجه به شرایط جنگ آینده» چیست؟ این پژوهش با روش توصیفی و با رویکردی آمیخته، ضمن مطالعه ادبیات نظری و بررسی پیشینه‌های در دسترس، اقدام به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات لازم به‌صورت میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای کرده است. در حوزه کمّی فرماندهان گردان و بالاتر و معاونان اطلاعات و عملیات یگان‌های پیاده، زرهی و توپخانه نیروی زمینی سپاه و ارتش، جامعه آماری پژوهش را تشکیل داده که با روش نمونه‌گیری «تصادفی طبقه‌ای» 152 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین ‌شده است. در حوزه کیفی نیز با شش نفر از اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران که دارای سوابق برجسته در هر دو بعد عملیاتی و پژوهشی بودند، مصاحبه ‌صورت گرفته است. برای پاسخ به پرسش‌ پژوهش، نتایج مصاحبه در فرآیند «کدگذاری باز» به 62 مفهوم و در «کدگذاری محوری» در 10 مقوله خلاصه و دسته‌بندی گردید. در تفسیر هر مقوله از داده‌ها نیز استفاده و در هر مورد نتایج کیفی و کمی موید و مکمل یکدیگر بوده‌اند. در پایان با ترکیب مقوله‌های اثبات‌شده، ملاحظاتی کاربردی از قبیل ضرورت تغییر نگرش به مفهوم تمرکز قوا، ضرورت توجه بیشتر به عوامل غیرفیزیکی و برترساز توان رزم، تمرکز در زمان به جای تمرکز در مکان و... برای مراعات تمرکز قوا در شرایط جنگ آینده پیشنهاد شده است.

the principles of war are based on the rational principles that govern the military aspect of war. the principle of concentration of forces , which is defined as the unification of effective combat capability at the right time and place , will rationally and logically govern the planning and execution of future offensive operations. . the question that this study seeks to answer is: what are the methods and considerations to use the principle of focus and unification the conditions of future war?’ this study, in a descriptive and mixed approach, studied theoretical literature and examined the available backgrounds, collecting the necessary field and library information. in the quantitative area of the battalion commanders, and the deputies of the intelligence and operations of the infantry, armored and artillery units of the army ,it formed a statistical population of the research, which is determined by the random sampling method. in the qualitative field, he has also interviewed six scholars and experts who had prominent records in both operational and research dimensions. to answer the research question, the results of the interview were summarized and categorized in the open coding process and in central coding in 10 categories. in each category, the data has been used, and in each case the qualitative and quantitative results have been complementary and complementary to each other. finally, by combining the proven categories, practical considerations such as the need to change attitudes to the concept of concentration, the need to pay more attention to non -state and superior combat power, focus on time rather than focus on place and other factors have been suggested.
