الزامات تحقق دکترین تربیت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران

دکترین تربیت و آموزش مجموعه‌ای از اصول راهنمایی است که هدایت‌کننده عملکرد و اقدامات برای تحقق اهداف و چشم‌انداز تربیت و آموزش کارکنان و توانمندسازی استعدادهای ظاهری و باطنی آنان در راستای رشد، تعالی، شکوفاسازی و بالفعل رساندن امور بالقوه و نیل به کمال مطلوب اوست. پژوهش فرارو بر اساس موضوعی که برای آن تعریف شده است به تدوین الزامات دکترین تربیت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی می پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توسعه‌ای کاربردی و با رویکرد تحقیق آمیخته و استفاده از روش موردی زمینه ای انجام شده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها ابتدا با انجام مطالعات نظری، بررسی‌های اسنادی و همچنین نشست‌های خبرگی مبانی و عوامل موثر بر تدوین دکترین راهبردی تربیت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی شناسایی شد. برای استخراج مفاهیم دکترینی از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری‌های داده‌بنیاد استفاده شده و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‏های جمع‌آوری‌شده از روش‌های کمی آماری، جداول توزیع فراوانی و نمودارهای استنباطی برای تشریح و تبیین پاسخ‏های داده‌شده به سوالات، استفاده گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از نرم افزارهای تخصصی آماری و نیز نرم افزارهای مربوطه همچون spss، excel  نسبت به آزمون گیری و بررسی اصول و الزامات، اقدام شد. در نهایت، بر ‌اساس‌ تجزیه‌وتحلیل اسنادی و مبانی و عوامل موثر بر تدوین دکترین راهبردی تربیت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران، الزامات تحقق اصول 12 گانه دکترین راهبردی تربیت و آموزش سپاه ، 70 عنوان تایید گردید.

requirements for the realization of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the revolutionary guards

the doctrine of training and education is a set of guiding principles that guide the performance and actions to achieve the goals and vision of training, educating employees and empowering their outward and inward talents in order to grow, excel, flourish, and realize potential and achieve their desired perfection. fararo research, based on the subject defined for it, formulates the requirements of the doctrine of training and education of the islamic revolutionary guard corps.the present research is of developmental-applied type and is mixed with research approach and using case-based method. in order to analyze the data, first, by conducting theoretical studies, documentary studies, as well as expert meetings, the foundations and factors affecting the development of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the islamic revolutionary guard corps were identified.to extract doctrinal concepts, content analysis and data coding of the foundation were used, and to analyze the collected data, quantitative statistical methods, frequency distribution tables and inferential diagrams were used to explain the answers to the questions. then, using specialized statistical software as well as related software such as spss, excel, the principles and requirements were tested and reviewed.finally, based on the analysis of documentary analysis and the principles and factors affecting the development of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the revolutionary guards, the requirements for fulfilling the 12 principles of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the revolutionary guards, 70 titles were approved.
