چکیده
|
در این تحقیق به‌دنبال بررسی و شناخت دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری در مورد خلیج فارس و نقش نیروهای مسلح مستقر در آن هستیم که ضمن بررسی ابعاد تاریخی خلیج فارس و جایگاه آن درسطوح و ابعاد مختلف به بررسی دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1366 تا کنون درمورد خلیج فارس و نقش نیروهای مسلح با روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا به تحلیل این دیدگاه‌ها پرداخته شد .نتایج نهایی بررسی دیدگاه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مهمترین مسئله در مورد خلیج فارس را ایجاد محیطی امن برای حضور در تمام عرصه‌هایی که زمینه فعالیتهای آن فراهم است و یا در آینده فراهم خواهد شد، مد نظر داشته‌اند که بدین دلیل، عمده نیروهای مسلح استان هرمزگان، که حافظ اصلی امنیت خلیج فارس هستند، باید حداکثر توان خود را به‌منظور ایجاد امنیت پایدار به‌صورت راهبردی و با حمایت مدیران ارشد نظام و دیگر نیروهای مسلح کشورهای منطقه به‌کار برند.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy in order to manage this capital, in order to advance the goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which knowledge is of high importance in this country and have a big role. In order to achieve this goal, the criteria of intellectual capital that were determined for this university in Moradi and Rezaei (2020) research were used in the questionnaires of this research. The statistical population of the research consists of professors, department heads and students of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy. The criteria of intellectual capital were evaluated using TOPSIS, ELECTRE and AHP techniques and finally the situation of this university was evaluated based on these criteria. Findings showed that the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy is divided into three categories of human capital, relational capital and structural capital, and this university is not in a favorable condition based on 7 criteria of human capital, 6 criteria of structural capital and 7 criteria of relational capital.
