وضعیت سرمایه فکری در نظام آموزش یکی از دانشگاه‌های وابسته به نیروهای مسلح

هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت سرمایه‌ فکری یکی از دانشگاه‌های وابسته به نیروهای مسلح، به‌منظور مدیریت این سرمایه است تا بدین‌وسیله این دانشگاه در پیشبرد اهداف نظام مقدس  جمهوری اسلامی ایران، که در آن دانش از اهیمت بسیاری برخوردار است، نقش پررنگتری داشته باشد. به‌منظور رسیدن به هدف از معیارهای سرمایه فکری، که در تحقیق مرادی و رضایی (1399) برای این دانشگاه تعیین شد در پرسشنامه‌‌های این تحقیق استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق استادان، مدیران گروه‌ها و دانشجویان دانشگاه مورد مطالعه بودند.معیارهای سرمایه فکری بررسی‌شده با استفاده از روشهای topsis، electre و ahp  رتبه‏بندی شد و درنهایت وضعیت این دانشگاه بر اساس این معیارها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که سرمایه فکری  در این دانشگاه به سه دسته سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطه‎ای و سرمایه ساختاری تقسیم می‌شود و این دانشگاه بر اساس هفت معیار سرمایه انسانی، شش معیار سرمایه ساختاری و هفت معیار سرمایه رابطه‌ای به اصلاح نیاز دارد.

Investigating the Status of Intellectual Capital in the Higher Education System of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran: A Case Study of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy in order to manage this capital, in order to advance the goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which knowledge is of high importance in this country and have a big role. In order to achieve this goal, the criteria of intellectual capital that were determined for this university in Moradi and Rezaei (2020) research were used in the questionnaires of this research. The statistical population of the research consists of professors, department heads and students of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy. The criteria of intellectual capital were evaluated using TOPSIS, ELECTRE and AHP techniques and finally the situation of this university was evaluated based on these criteria. Findings showed that the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers’ Academy is divided into three categories of human capital, relational capital and structural capital, and this university is not in a favorable condition based on 7 criteria of human capital, 6 criteria of structural capital and 7 criteria of relational capital.
