بررسی عوامل سازمانی موثر بر مشارکت اعضای بسیج گردا‌نهای امام‌حسین(ع) در برنامه‌های آموزش (مطالعه موردی استان اصفهان)

تحقق اهداف متعالی انقلاب ‌اسلامی و دفع تهدیدات پیچیده نظام ‌سلطه نیازمند، سازمانی با توانایی دفاع همه‌جانبه است. امامین انقلاب این نهاد را سازمان بسیج تعیین و بر ارتقای کارآیی آن تاکید مضاعف کردند. براین اساس هدف این نوشتار بررسی عوامل سازمانی موثر در مشارکت اعضای بسیج گردانهای امام‌ حسین علیه‌السلام در برنامه‌های آموزشی است. این پژوهش به لحاظ روش آمیخته اکتشافی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. با بررسی و نقد منابع و تکیه بر دیدگاه‌های صاحبنظران، الگویی با سیزده عامل تدوین شد و در معرض قضاوت 92 از خبرگان بسیج استان اصفهان قرار گرفت. نظر به اینکه میانگین رتبه گویه‌ها 3.97 ، آزمون t 12.122، درجه آزادی 91، سطح معنی‌داری 0.000 و کای اسکوثر 104.993 تعیین شد که موید رابطه معنادار گویه‌ها و عامل سازمان و تاثیر زیاد عوامل بر ارتقای سطح مشارکت بسیجیان از برنامه‌های آموزشی است، گویه ساختار گردانها با ماموریتهای دفاعی با رتبه 9.13 بیشترین، و گویه حجم برنامه‌های گردانها با رتبه 5.20 کمترین تاثیر را در استقبال بسیجیان از برنامه‌های آموزشی دارد. در راستای نهادینه‌شدن نتایج پیشنهادهایی در سطوح مختلف ایفاد شده‌ است.

Investigating the Organizational Factors Affecting the Participation of Imam Hussein (AS) Basij Battalion Members in Training Programs (case study of Isfahan province)

Abstract: Achieving the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution and repelling the complex threats of the ruling system requires an organization with allround defenses. The Imams of the Revolution appointed the abovementioned organization as the Basij Organization and emphasized on doubling its efficiency. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the organizational factors affecting the participation of members of the mobilization of Imam Hussein (AS) in training programs. By reviewing and criticizing the sources and relying on the views of experts, a model with 13 compilation factors; He was subjected to trial by 92 Basij experts in Isfahan province. Considering that the average score of the items was 3.37, the Ttest was 122.12, the degree of freedom was 91, the level of significance was 0.000 and Kai Scooter was 104/993. It confirms the significant relationship between the discourses and the agent of the organization, and the great influence of the factors on the promotion of the level of participation of the Basijis in the educational programs. The discourse structure of the battalions with the defense missions with the rank of 9.33 has the highest, and the discourse of the volume of the programs of the battalions with the rank of 5.20 has the least effect on the Basijis’ acceptance of the training programs. In order to institutionalize the results, suggestions have been made at different levels.
