مولفه‌های مدیریت نظامی و فرماندهی پیامبر اکرم صلی‌الله و علیه و آله

پیامبر اکرم(ص) با استفاده از شیوه های جدید نظامی و با فرماندهی و مدیریت بسیار دقیق برتری عددی و تجهیزاتی دشمن را خنثی می‌کرد؛ هدف این پژوهش بررسی شیوه‌های نظامی به‌کار گرفته شده در مدیریت و فرماندهی پیامبر اکرم(ص) در جنگهای مختلف است. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و در مسیر پاسخگویی به پرسش اصلی‌ مقاله، یعنی «اصول و شیوه‌های نظامی در مدیریت و فرماندهی پیامبر اکرم(ص) چیست؟» از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به منظور بررسی موضوع استفاده شده است که از نظر نوع تحقیق در دسته پژوهشهای کاربردی قرار دارد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها نیز به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای اسنادی و منابع اینترنتی است. با تجزیه و تحلیل پرسش‌ این مقاله، می‌توان پاسخ روشنی به آن داد و آن تعدادی از اصول و روشهای نظامی مورد استفاده پیامبر اکرم(ص) در جنگ است. نتایج تحقیق نشانگر این است که چهار شاخص مهم در مدیریت و فرماندهی پیامبر اکرم(ص) نقش بسیار مهمی در پیروزی ایشان در جنگها داشت که عبارت است‌از: 1. استفاده از انواع اصول و روشهای جنگی 2. خلاقیت و نوآوری در جنگها 3. آمادگی و آموزش فنون جنگی به لشکر  4. سازماندهی نیروها و تجهیزات در جنگها.

Military Principles and Tactics in the Management and Commanding System of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)

The holy prophet of Islam (PBUH) counteracted the numerical and equipment superiority of the enemy by applying new military tactics and performing a careful command and management. This study is aimed at investigating the military tactics applied in the management and command system of the prophet Muhammad in various wars. Given the nature of this subject and in the process of answering the main question of this applied research (regarding the military principles and tactics used in the management and command system of the holy prophet), a descriptiveanalytical method was employed for investigation. Research tools for data collection contained library and documentary method and internet resources. An analysis of the research question helps to find a clear answer leading to a number of military principles and tactics used by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in wars. The results indicated that four important factors in the management and command of the prophet of Islam played significant roles in his victory in the wars: 1 applying a variety of principles and tactics in war; 2 creativity and innovation in wars; 3 preparation and training combat techniques to the army; and 4 organizing the troops and equipment in the battles.
