اصول جنگ در اندیشه امیر مومنان امام علی علیه‌السلام

از مهمترین مسائل مطرح در جنگها که نقش مهمی در تدبیر و رسیدن به پیروزی دارد شناخت اصول جنگ است. طرح و بررسی اصول جنگ بیانگر این است که جنگ به‌عنوان پدیده‌ای انسانی بر یک‌سری اصول اعتقادی، عقلانی و معرفتی، اخلاقی و تجربی بنا می‌شود. هر اندیشمند و صاحبنظری بر مبنای جهان‌بینی و فلسفه خویش درباره هستی، برای جنگ و نبرد اصولی تعیین‌کننده قائل است. از همین‌رو امیرمومنان علیه‌السلام به‌عنوان امام و رهبر جامعه و سیاست‌شناس و آگاه به اصول و ضوابط نظامی و رزمی و برخوردار از جهان‌بینی الهی و متعالی و دارای فلسفه اخلاقی و معنوی نسبت به حیات و زندگانی، اصول و معیارهایی برای جنگ در نظر گرفته، و دیدگاه خویش درباره جنگ را بر چنین اصولی بنا ساخته است. پرسش این  نوشتار این است که اصول جنگ از دیدگاه امیر مومنان علیه‌السلام چیست. در پاسخ  یافته‌های پژوهش که با رویکردی توصیفی تحلیلی و روش استنباطی متن‌پژوهی و هنجاری از یافته‌های اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای به‌دست  آمده بیانگر این  است که از دیدگاه امام،  اصول جنگ در دو بعد کلی انسانی معنوی و علمی   فنی مطرح شده است که در هر دو بعد بویژه  بعد اول نگاه  امام  علیه‌السلام ماهیتاً از دید اغلب صاحبنظران این حوزه متفاوت است.

Principles of War in the View of Amir alM’omenin Imam Ali (AS)

A very important issue in wars, playing a great role in planning and achieving victory, regards the recognition of the principles of war. Designing and reviewing the principles of war indicates that war, as a human phenomenon, is based on a set of faithful, rational, epistemological, moral and empirical principles. All scholars and experts, propose decisive principles for war on the basis of their worldview and philosophy about the universe. In the same way, Amir alm’omenin, the Imam, and the leader of the society, who was aware of politics, mindful of the principles and criteria of military and combat, had a divine and transcendent worldview, possessed a moral and spiritual philosophy towards life, have considered the principles and criteria for war. He has founded his views about war on such principles. The question of this research regards the principles of war from the point of view of Amir alM’omenin (AS). The findings of this descriptiveanalytical normative research using inferential statistics and documentary/library method, revealed that, in Imam Ali’s point of view, the principles of war can be classified into two general humanspiritual and scientifictechnical dimensions. These two dimensions, especially the first one, are fundamentally different from the view of most specialists in this field.
