اثر گیاه دارویی شبدر ترشک (oxalis acetosella) و ویتامین e بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، فاکتورهای خونی، سیستم ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه های گوشتی

آزمایش حاضر با هدف تاثیر پودر برگ شبدر ترشک و ویتامین e بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، فاکتورهای خونی، سیستم ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. برای انجام آزمایش تعداد 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه سویه تجاری راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار (هر تکرار حاوی 15 قطعه جوجه) به مدت 42 تحت پرورش قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی به ترتیب شامل 1) شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، 2) جیره­ شاهد + 200 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم جیره پودر شبدر ترشک، 3) جیره­ شاهد + ویتامین e در سطح 200 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم جیره، 4) جیره­ شاهد + 200 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم جیره پودر شبدر ترشک + ویتامین e در سطح 200 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم جیره، بودند. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد رشد و درصد لاشه جوجه­های گوشتی تغذیه شده با شبدر و نیزمخلوط آن با ویتامین e افزایش معنی درای با شاهد داشت (0/05>p). مخلوط شبدر ترشک با ویتامین e به طور معنی داری سبب کاهش غلظت آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت جوجه ها در مقایسه با شاهد شد (0/05>p). بطور کل نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از مخلوط شبدر ترشک با ویتامین e در جیره جوجه­های گوشتی کارایی بالاتری را در بهبود عملکرد رشد، کاهش چربی خون و تقویت سیستم ایمنی داشت.

the present experiment was conducted with the aim of the effect of sorrel (oxalis acetosella) leaf powder and vitamin e on performance، carcass characteristics، blood factors، immune system and intestinal microbial population of broiler chickens. to conduct the experiment، 300 one-day-old male broiler chickens of commercial strain ross 308 were reared for 42 days in a completely randomized design in 4 treatments and 5 replications (each replication containing 15 chickens). experimental treatments include 1) control (without additives)، 2) control + 200 mg/kg of sorrel powder، 3) control + vitamin e at the level of 200 mg/kg of diet and 4) control + 200 mg/kg diet of sorrel powder + vitamin e at the level of 200 mg/kg diet. the results showed that the growth performance and carcass percentage of broiler chickens fed with sorrel and its mixture with vitamin e had a significant increase compared to the control (p<0.05). the mixture of sorrel with vitamin e significantly decreased the concentration of alanine aminotransferase (alt) and the heterophil to lymphocyte ratio of chickens compared to the control (p<0.05). overall، the results showed that the use of a mixture of sorrel with vitamin e in the diet of broilers had a higher efficiency in improving growth performance، reducing blood lipids and strengthening the immune system.
