چکیده
|
A new solid-phase microextraction (spme) method was developed for extraction of 15 n-alkanes in soil samples. for this purpose, a new version of monolithic spme fiber based on polymeric ionic liquids loaded on polyethersulfone monolithic substrate was presented. the quantitative analysis was carried out by gc-fid. the proposed fiber exhibits high thermal stability, reproducible extraction efficiency and long lifetimes. analytical merits of the method, including correlation coefficients (0.9667–0.9987) and low detection limits (0.05–0.2 µg kg−1), made the proposed method suitable for the trace determination of n-alkanes in soil samples.
