طراحی الگوی روش نظارت و کنترل کارکنان از دیدگاه نهج‌البلاغه

هدف پژوهش حاضر که از نوع کیفی و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌های آن، اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای است، طراحی الگوی روش نظارت و کنترل در مدیریت اسلامی مبتنی بر کتاب ارزشمند نهج‌البلاغه است. در این پژوهش به‌روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد استقرایی و تکنیک فیش‌برداری، به تشریح اهمیت کنترل و نظارت و طراحی مدل روش‌های نظارت و کنترل در سازمان پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور، با بررسی و مطالعه خطبه‌ها و نامه‌ها، 115 مضمون از کتاب نهج‌البلاغه استخراج، پایش، خلاصه‌ و در قالب 14 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده (عدالت‌محوری، مداراکردن، تصویب قوانین مناسب، گزینش اصلح، موعظه، ابشار و انذار، هدایتگری، شیوه پرهیزکاری، جلوگیری از اقدامات خودسرانه، استیضاح و فرصت-دهی، برخورد مصلحانه، رسیدگی به علت خطا، پاسخ نیکی در برابر بدی و برخورد اقتضائی) طبقه‌بندی گردیده است. درنهایت به 4 مضمون فراگیر: پیشگیری از ارتکاب کجروی، روش تقوا و خودکنترلی، سیستم پاداش و مجازات مستحقان و روش‌‌ اقتضایی دست یافته و مدل پژوهش ارائه شده است. بنابراین، مدیران سازمان‌های جوامع اسلامی می-توانند با استفاده از الگوی روش نظارت و کنترل در سازمان، هماهنگ با مبانی و ارزش‌های اسلامی از انحراف کارکنان سازمان جلوگیری نمایند.

designing the model of employee monitoring and control method from the perspective of nahj al-balagha

the purpose of the current research, which is qualitative and the method of collecting information and its data is documentary and library, is to design a model of monitoring and control methods in islamic management based on the valuable book of nahj al-balagha. in this research, the importance of control and monitoring and the design of the model of monitoring and control methods in the organization have been explained by the method of thematic analysis with inductive approach and fish-taking technique. for this purpose, by examining and studying sermons and letters, 115 themes were extracted, monitored, and summarized from the book nahj al-balagha and in the form of 14 organizing themes (justice-centered, tolerance, approving appropriate laws, choosing the right, preaching, admonishing and warning, guidance, method of abstinence, prevention of arbitrary actions, impeachment and giving opportunity, fair treatment, dealing with the cause of error, good response to bad and contingent treatment) have been classified. finally, 4 overarching themes have been achieved: prevention of perversion, method of piety and self-control, system of rewarding and punishing the deserving and contingency method and the research model has been presented. therefore, managers of organizations of islamic societies can prevent organization employees from deviating by using the model of monitoring and control methods in the organization, in harmony with islamic principles and values.
