تحلیل مضمون حکمرانی تراز اسلامی در عهد مالک اشتر

این پژوهش به ارائه الگوی حکمرانی اسلامی بر مبنای عهد مالک اشتر که در پی‌ جامعه نیک وآرمان گرا ست، می‌پردازد. نامه 53 حضرت امیر به والی مصر، مشهورترین سند شرح وظایف حاکمان اسلامی است. نوع شناسی مقاله حاضر، بر اساس هدف از نوع اکتشافی است که با رویکرد استقرایی انجام شده و در چارچوب پارادایم تفسیری قرار می‌گیرد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به طریق اسنادی، و روش تحلیل داده‌‌ها نیز از نوع تحلبل مضمون می‌باشد. در این پژوهش متن نامه 53 مورد بررسی و واکاوی قرار گرفت که در نهایت منجر به احصاء 135 مضمون پایه گردید که در 19 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر طبقه‌بندی شدند. سه مضمون فراگیر شامل؛ اصول اخلاقی، سیاست‌های کلان و اقدامات عملی حکمرانی می‌باشد که پژوهش حاضر را از سایر پژوهش‌ها متمایز ساخته است.

a thematic analysis of the governance of islamic balance in nahj al-balagha

this research presents model of islamic governance based on malik ashtar’s treaty, which is in the foundation of a good and idealistic society. hazrat amir’s letter 53 to the governor of egypt is the most famous document describing the duties of islamic rulers. the current research has an exploratory nature, it is done with an inductive approach and it is placed in the framework of interpretive paradigm. the information sources of the research are the text of letter 53 of nahj al balagha. thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. in this research, the text of 53 letters was examined and analyzed, which finally led to the counting of 146 basic themes, which were classified into 19 organizing themes and 3 inclusive themes. these three inclusive themes include; ethical principles (ideal considerations), macro policies (actual considerations), and practical measures (applicable considerations) are the differentiates this research different from other researches.
