احصاء شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معاونان پرورشی مبتنی بر آموزه‌های اسلامی

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تدوین احصاء شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معاونان پرورشی بر اساس آموزه‌های اسلامی انجام گرفت. از منظر روش شناسی، کیفی، از نوع تحلیل مضمون و گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختاریافته انجام پذیرفت. جامعه پژوهش، شامل معاونان پرورشی متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری ‌هدفمند و قاعده اشباع نظری، 24 معاون در مصاحبه شرکت کردند. در نتیجه تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش، 109 مضمون پایه، 16 مضمون فراگیر و 5 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده، شامل: شایستگی‌های شناختی، شایستگی‌های مدیریتی، شایستگی‌های رفتاری، شایستگی‌های مهارتی و شایستگی‌های عاطفی ایجاد شد و برای اعتباریابی یافته‌ها از روش بازخورد مشارکت‌کنندگان استفاده شد که صحت تحلیل داده‌ها و نتایج مورد تایید قرار گرفت و مفاهیم استخراج شده در قالب شبکه مضامین ترسیم گردید. احصاء شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معاونان پرورشی در سازمان آموزش و پرورش، معیاری برای شایسته‌گزینی آنان منطبق بر آموزه‌های اسلامی ترسیم شد.

qualitative analysis and identification of the professional meritocracy elements of educational assistants from islamic teachings perspective

the aim of the present study was to compile the components of professional orthodoxy of foster care assistants based on islamic teachings by qualitative research method of content analysis. data were collected using semi-structured interviews. the study population consisted of first grade secondary education assistants in the cities of bushehr province who participated in the interview using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation rule of 24 deputies. to validate the findings, the participants’ feedback method was used, which confirmed the accuracy of data analysis and results, and the extracted concepts were drawn in the form of a network of themes. the results of the study included 109 basic themes, 16 comprehensive themes and 5 organizing themes including cognitive competencies, managerial competencies, behavioral competencies, skill competencies and emotional competencies as a criterion for their selection in accordance with islamic teachings which are of special importance  created. and to validate the findings, the participants’ feedback method was used to confirm the accuracy of the data analysis and the results, and the extracted concepts were drawn in the form of a network of themes. conclusion: the statistics of the professional qualifications of educational assistants in the education organization is a criterion for selecting them according to islamic teachings.
