الگوی مدیریت رفتاری انبیا، بر اساس تحلیل روانی از رفتارهای ناسازگارانه‌ی مشرکان و منافقان با روش داده‌بنیاد

این پژوهش به دنبال دستیابی به الگوی اکتشافی از مدیریت قرآن کریم نسبت به رفتارهای روانی ناسازگار مشرکان و منافقان با استفاده از روش داده‌بنیاد است. بر این اساس، ابتدا رفتارهای روانی ناسازگارانه‌ی این افراد، کلامی و کرداری، از آیات قرآن کریم، استخراج، مقوله‌بندی و تحلیل شد. برای دستیابی به شیوه‌های مدیریت روانی در مواجهه با رفتارهای ناسالم، گردآوری داده‌ها با مطالعه متن قرآن کریم از ابتدا تا آخر صورت پذیرفت و تحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله شناسه‌گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با مراجعه به تفاسیر مهم شیعی و رعایت ضوابط و قواعد تفسیر انجام شد. از نتایج این مطالعه، تبیین پنج رفتار ناسازگار «دلیل‌تراشی، فرافکنی، بی‌ارزش‌سازی، استهزاء و عقلی‌سازی» در میان مشرکان و سه رفتار «دلیل‌تراشی، فرافکنی و واکنش‌سازی» در میان منافقان است. دَه روش مدیریت رفتار در چهار سطح 1) پیشگیری -پیشگیری از وقوع رفتار ناسازگار، آگاه‌سازی، تفسیر رفتار 2) مرحله مداهنه – اطمینان‌بخشی، مدارا برای حساسیت‌زدایی 3) مرحله عملی –صحنه سازی، 4) مرحله قاطعانه - افشاسازی، محرومیت از امتیازات و تغییر محیط است.

prophetic behavioral management model based on psychological analysis of maladaptive behaviors of the polytheists and hypocrites following data foundation method

this study seeks to achieve an exploratory model of the management of the holy quran in relation to the maladaptive psychological behaviors of polytheists and hypocrites using the data foundation method. accordingly, first, the maladaptive psychological behaviors of these people, verbally and practically, were extracted, categorized and analyzed from the verses of the holy quran. to study the methods of mental management to find of unhealthy behaviors,, data were collected by studying the text of the holy quran from beginning to end and data analysis was performed in three stages of open, central and selective identification by referring to important shiite interpretations and observing the rules and rules of interpretation. one of the results of this study is to explain the five inconsistent behaviors of &reasoning, projection, devaluation, ridicule and rationalization& among the polytheists, and the three behaviors of &reasoning, projection, reaction& among the hypocrites. 10 behavior management methods at four levels 1) prevention - prevention of inconsistent behavior, awareness, interpretation of behavior , deprivation of privileges and change of environment
