معنویت اسلامی در بستر سازمان: تحلیل کیفی بر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری

معنویت، استعداد روحی نامحدودی است که در ارتباط با خدا شکوفا می‌شود‌. معنویت یعنی راز و نیاز با خدا، روحیه، فکر و اخلاص با تکیه بر عنصر ایمان و اعتقاد راسخ و پایدار، جهت آماده‌سازی برای میدان عمل و مجاهدت و مقابله با دشمنان انقلاب اسلامی که دستاورد آن بصیرت باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش، تبیین معنویت سازمانی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری است. پژوهشگرانی که به بررسی مبانی معنویت پرداخته‌‌اند، از پژوهش‌های غربی جهت تبیین معنویت بهره برده‌اند. به همین علت، توسعه این رویکرد به جوامع اسلامی درست نیست. معنویت سازمانی، یکی از عناصر اصلی در نیروهای مسلح محسوب می‌شود که تبیین آن بر دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری، می‌تواند کمک شایانی به فرماندهان و مدیران تصمیم‌‌گیر جهت ارزیابی وضعیت نیروهای مسلح انقلاب اسلامی‌کند. جهت تبیین معنویت سازمانی، از روش نظریه داده‌‌بنیاد مبتنی بر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری استفاده شد. کلیدواژه معنویت، بین نیروهای مسلح به عنوان سازمان مورد مطالعه بررسی شد. جهت اعتبارسنجی از گروه کانونی و دلفی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل‌‌ها نشان داد معنویت سازمانی دارای ماهیت معنویت، تعالی سازمانی، پیامدهای معنویت، حفظ و نگه‌داشت معنویت و ضد معنویت می‌‌باشد که در محیط انقلاب اسلامی اثرگذار است. ماهیت معنویت مبین اخلاص، ایمان، تقوا، بصیرت، تهذیب نفس، فضایل اخلاقی، مجاهدت، معرفت، ولایت‌مداری، ایستادگی، ارتباط با خدا و استمداد الهی است. تعالی سازمانی شامل وفاداری، عمل‌گرایی، سازماندهی، مدیریت سرمایه انسانی، هویت سازمانی و اعتماد است. پیامد معنویت سازمانی، شامل آرمان‌‌های انقلابی، موفقیت و پیشرفت، عدالت، همراهی خدا و اقتدار مادی و معنوی است. بر مبنای نتایج تحقیق، معنویت راهی برای تهذیب نفس، با دنبال کردن اهداف خدایی و احترام به ارزش‌‌‌‌ها و فضایل اخلاقی جهت اتصال به خداوند تبارک و تعالی، کامل شدن انسان و رسیدن به معرفت و بصیرت است.

islamic spirituality: a qualitative analysis of the statements of the supreme leader in the islamic revolutionary guard corps

spirituality is an unlimited spiritual talent that flourishes in connection with god. spirituality means secret and need with god, spirit, thought and sincerity, relying on the element of faith and firm and stable belief, in order to prepare for the field of action and struggle and confronting the enemies of the islamic revolution, the result of which is insight. the main goal of the research is to explain organizational spirituality from the perspective of the supreme leader. researchers who have investigated the foundations of spirituality have used western researches to explain spirituality. for this reason, the development of this approach to islamic societies is not correct. organizational spirituality is considered one of the main elements in the armed forces, and its explanation based on the supreme leader’s point of view can be of great help to decision-making commanders and managers to assess the situation of the armed forces of the islamic revolution. in order to explain organizational spirituality, the method of data-based theory based on the statements of the supreme leader was used. the keyword of spirituality was investigated among the armed forces as the studied organization. focus group and delphi were used for validation. the results of the analyzes showed that organizational spirituality has the nature of spirituality, organizational excellence, the consequences of spirituality, preservation of spirituality and anti-spirituality, which is effective in the environment of the islamic revolution. the nature of spirituality shows sincerity, faith, piety, insight, self-improvement, moral virtues, struggle, knowledge, stewardship, perseverance, connection with god and divine help. organizational excellence includes loyalty, pragmatism, organization, human capital management, organizational identity and trust. the consequence of organizational spirituality includes revolutionary ideals, success and progress, justice, companionship of god, and material and spiritual authority. based on the results of the research, spirituality is a way to refine the soul, by following god’s goals and respecting moral values ​​and virtues in order to connect with god, the blessed and exalted, perfecting the human being and achieving knowledge and insight.
