ارائه الگوی نظام‌مند شفافیت براساس آیات قرآن کریم؛ رویکرد نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد

شفافیت یکی از موضوعات جدیدی است که در دولت‌های مدرن، بسیار روی آن تاکید می‌شود و در همین راستا در جمهوری اسلامی، یکی از کارهای مهمی که بایستی انجام گیرد، استخراج و فهم ابعاد و حدود شفافیت و کاربرد آن در حکومت اسلامی ازمنظر منابع اسلامی است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است که با بررسی قرآن کریم به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین منبع دینی، مفهوم‌شناسی و کارکرد شفافیت در عرصه حاکمیت را با بهره‌گیری از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد و به‌طور خاص، رویکرد استراوس و کوربین استخراج کند. با مطالعه قرآن کریم به‌طور کامل ابتدا حدود 250 کد باز و مفهوم اولیه شناسایی شد و در گام بعدی، در قالب کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی براساس الگوی نظام‌مند در مقوله‌های شرایط زمینه‌ای، علی، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و مقوله محوری طبقه‌بندی شدند و در ادامه، با جرح و تعدیل 176 کد باز و مفاهیم اولیه، 57 کد انتخابی و 5 کد محوری شناسایی شد. درنهایت مشخص شد که حقیقت‌طلبی، صداقت، اصلاح و عدالت‌طلبی، از مفاهیم محوری مرتبط با شفافیت هستند و هم‌چنین پیامدهای شفافیت، منحصر به پیامدهای مادی نیستند بلکه اعتماد، هدایت، رشد و حقیقت‌ورزی از پیامدهای مهم شفافیت ازمنظر قرآن کریم و بخشی از الگوی شفافیت هستند.

explaining the systematic model of transparency based on the holy quran: a databased theorizing approach

transparency is one of the new issues that is highly emphasized in modern governments, and in this regard, in the islamic republic, one of the important tasks that must be done is to extract and understand the dimensions and limits of transparency and its application in islamic government from the perspective of islamic sources. the present study seeks to establish the concept and function of transparency in the field of governance by examining the holy qur’an as the most important religious source, using the method of data theory, and in particular the approach of strauss and corbin. by studying the holy quran completely, first about 250 open codes and the initial concept were identified and in the next step in the form of axial coding and selective coding based on the systematic model in the categories of contextual conditions, causal conditions, interfering conditions, strategies and central categories. then, by modifying and modifying 176 open codes and basic concepts, 57 selected codes and 5 axial codes were identified. finally, it was found that truthseeking, honesty, reform and justice are central concepts related to transparency, and the consequences of transparency are not limited to material consequences, but trust, guidance, growth and truthseeking are important consequences of transparency from the perspective of the holy quran and part of the model.
