مرور دامنه پژوهش‌های مدیریت اسلامی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران: فرامطالعه مقالات منتشرشده تا سال 1400 هجری شمسی

یکی از پیش‌نیازهای مهم جهت تحقق مدیریت اسلامی، اشراف بر پیشینه پژوهش‌های مدیریت اسلامی است. ازآنجاکه تاکنون بررسی جامعی در این باره صورت نگرفته، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی جامع و تحلیل چندبُعدی مقالات منتشرشده در حوزه مدیریت اسلامی به رشته تحریر درآمده است. در پژوهش حاضر، تمامی مقالات مدیریت اسلامی منتشرشده از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی تا سال 1400 به‌صورت کلیدواژه‌ای جست‌وجو شده و با روش مرور دامنه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این روش به ارزیابی مقدماتی اندازه و دامنه ادبیات موجود، با هدف شناسایی ماهیت و وسعت شواهد پژوهش صورت می‌پذیرد. بر این ‌اساس تعداد 828 کلیدواژه ترکیبی از اصطلاحات خاصّ دانش مدیریت و اندیشه اسلامی جست‌وجو شد تا تمامی آثار این حوزه جمع‌آوری شود. در نهایت با غربال مقالات منتخب و حذف مقالات تکراری، تعداد 3336 مقاله منحصربه‌‌فرد در حوزه مدیریت اسلامی به‌دست آمد. سپس نتایج به‌‌دست‌آمده از حیثِ تحلیل تاریخی و کمّی، تحلیل موضوعات اسلامی و تحلیل موضوعات تخصّصی مدیریت طبقه‌بندی شد. از نوآوری‌های این تحقیق می‌توان به جامعیت در احصای آثار مدیریت اسلامی، تحلیل برمبنای حوزه‌های تخصصی دانش مدیریت و برمبنای منابع مختلف اندیشه اسلامی اشاره کرد. در پایان نیز چهارده نتیجه و پیشنهاد براساس تحلیل‌های حاصل از پژوهش فهرست شده‌اند. مهم‌ترین نتیجه پژوهش نیز ترسیم دامنه پژوهش‌های موجود در حوزه‌های مختلف مدیریت اسلامی است که می‌تواند راهنمای عمل پژوهش‌گران این حوزه باشد.

Scoping Review of Research of Islamic Management in the Islamic Republic of Iran: Metastudy of Articles Published up to 1400 AH

One of the important prerequisites for the realization of Islamic management is the aristocracy of Islamic management research. Since there has not been a comprehensive review of this time, this research aims to identify comprehensive and multidimensional analysis of articles published in the field of Islamic management. In the present study, all the articles of Islamic management published from the beginning of the Islamic Revolution until 1400 were searched for keywords and analyzed by the scope method. This approach is aimed at evaluating the size and scope of existing literature, with the aim of identifying the nature and extent of evidence of research. Accordingly, 828 keywords combining the specific terms of knowledge management and Islamic thought to collect all the works of this area. Finally, with respect to selected articles and removing repetitive articles, 3336 unique articles in the field of Islamic management were obtained. Then the results were categorized as historical and quantitative analysis, analysis of Islamic issues and analyzing specialized management issues. The innovations of this research include the comprehensiveness of the works of Islamic management, analyzing the specialized areas of management knowledge and based on various sources of Islamic thought. In the end, fourteen results and suggestions are based on the analyzes obtained from the research. The most important result of the research is to draw the scope of research in various Islamic management areas that can guide researchers in this area.
