ارائه و تحلیل الگوی رهبری تحول‌آفرین از منظر قرآن کریم

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه و تحلیل الگوی رهبری تحول آفرین از منظر قرآن کریم انجام پذیرفته است و در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که الگوی رهبری تحول آفرین از منظر قرآن کریم چگونه است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش و برای استخراج مفاهیم رهبری به قرآن مراجعه و از روش تفسیر موضوعی و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. برای استخراج مفاهیم و کدگذاری در ابتدا دو بار کل قرآن کریم مرور شده که 618 آیه شد. در پاسخ سوال‌ها یافته های تحقیق عبارت‌اند از 251 مضمون پایه، 48 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 7 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شد. مضامین فراگیر در قالب مفاهیمی مانند مبانی فکری، اصول رهبری، رفتارهای تحول آفرینانه، بازخورد رهبری تحول آفرین، نتایج رهبری تحول آفرین و در نهایت مولفه های رهبری شکل گرفت. آنچه از مجموع آیات بررسی شده به دست می آید این است که در مواردی آیات قرآن کریم نظریات اندیشمندان مدیریت را مورد تائید قرار داده و در مواردی، نگاهی اصلاحی و در برخی موارد نیز نظریات خاصی ارائه می دهد که ناشی از جهان بینی متفاوت بین این دو دیدگاه است.

Presenting and Analyzing a Transformational Leadership Pattern From the Perspective of the Holy Quran

This research aims to present and analyze the pattern of transactional leadership from the perspective of the Holy Quran accomplish and seeks to answer the question of what is the pattern of transactional leadership from the perspective of the How is that Quran? To answer this question and to extract the concepts of leadership, refer to the verses of the Quran and use a combined method of content thematic interpretation and analysis that has a basic and methodical appropriateness. In order to extract the concepts and codify, the whole Holy Quran was reviewed twice first, and 618 verses were selected. For the selected verses, 251 basic themes, 48 organizing themes and 7 inclusive themes have been identified. That pervasive themes in the form of concepts such as intellectual and philosophical foundations, Principles of leadership, Transformational behaviors, Transformational leadership feedback, Transformational leadership results And finally the components of leadership were formed. What can be deduced from all the verses studied is that in some cases the verses of the Holy Quran confirm the theories of management thinkers and in some cases provide a corrective view and in some cases offer specific theories that result from worldview. There is a difference between the two views.
