ارائه الگوی مدیریت بحران حضرت ابراهیم(ع) با بهره‌گیری از ابعاد چرخه سامانه مدیریت بحران جامع

این مقاله با هدف تبیین نقش حضرت ابراهیم(ع) در مدیریت بحرانهایی که ایشان با آنها روبه‌رو بود درصدد است تا الگوی مدیریت بحران آن حضرت را با بهره‌گیری از ابعاد چرخه سامانه مدیریت بحران جامع ارائه کند. مطالعه موردی سیره حضرت ابراهیم(ع) به این دلیل حائز اهمیت است که ایجاد الگوی مدیریت بحران آن حضرت می‌تواند الگوی مناسبی برای مدیریت بحران در سازمانهای امروزی به‌طور عام باشد. روش پژوهش به‌لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و چگونگی گردآوری اطلاعات نیز توصیفی تحلیلی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، بررسی و مطالعه متون و اسناد است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی پدیدارشناسانه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل هرمونتیک در مطالعه متون در مشخص‌کردن ابعاد و مولفه‌های مدیریت بحران حضرت ابراهیم(ع) با بهره‌گیری از ابعاد چرخه سامانه مدیریت بحران جامع با توجه به مولفه‌های پیشگیری، آمادگی، مقابله و بازسازی سعی کرده است. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد مدیران با داشتن ذهنی کل‌نگر می‌توانند در سازمان خود مشکل اصلی را شناسایی، و با ایجاد بحرانی عمدی، بحرانهایی را مهار کنند که پنهان و راهبردی است و در رفع آن بحران اقدام کنند.

Designing the Crisis Management Model of Ibrahim (AS) through the Dimensions of the Comprehensive Crisis Management System Cycle

This study is intended at identifying the method of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) in managing the crises he faced, in order to design the model of his crisis management by referring to the dimensions of the comprehensive crisis management system cycle. A case study of the life story of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) can be important in that the creation of a crisis management model of this Prophet can present a good model for crisis management in today’s organizations in general. This applied research follows a descriptiveanalytical method for data collection. Review the related texts and documents contains the tool for data collection. Througha qualitativephenomenological approach using hermeneutic analysis method, this research reviews the texts for identifying the dimensions and components of crisis management of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) using the dimensions of the comprehensive crisis management system according to the components of prevention, preparedness, response and reconstruction. The results of the analysis revealed that through a clear mind, managers can identify the main challenges in their organizations, and take action to resolve the crises by creating a deliberate crisis, control strategic hidden crises.
