تبیین الگوی شایستگی مدیران جهادی تمدن‌ساز (مورد مطالعه: شهید قاسم سلیمانی)

انقلاب اسلامی بزرگترین اتفاق عصر حاضر در جهان اسلام و منطقه، نوید پیشرفت به‌سمت تمدن نوینی می‌دهد که اسلام محور و مبنای آن است و ارزشها و مفاهیم اسلامی در جای جای آن مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. نظریه‌پردازی در زمینه مدیریت اسلامی و جهادی و ارائه راه‌کارهای متناسب با آن به‌عنوان نسخه‌ای متناسب با فضای بومی کشور، می‌تواند ما را در حرکت به‌سمت هدف یاری کند. لکن هنوز تولیدات پژوهشگران نتوانسته است این مهم را محقق کند. این پژوهش با محور قرار دادن بررسی ویژگیهای مورد نیاز مدیران جهادی به‌منظور دستیابی به موفقیت، به‌دنبال افزایش اثربخشی آنها و کمک به تحقق مدیریت جهادی است. به‌همین منظور پژوهشی کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون با تمرکز بر بررسی سبک و سیره شهید سلیمانی به‌عنوان یکی از مدیران جهادی تمدن‌ساز موفق و شناخته‌شده و بررسی منابع گوناگون در این زمینه، به‌معرفی این ویژگیها پرداخته است. در این‌راستا، 30 منبع مکتوب در این زمینه بررسی شد که نتیجه آن دستیابی به 920 مضمون پایه، 74 مضمون سازماندهنده، 13 مضمون فراگیر سطح یک و سه مضمون فراگیر سطح دو بود. درنهایت، الگویی متناسب با سه بعد سلوک مدیر جهادی در زمینه‌های فردی، سازمانی و ملی فراملی به‌عنوان مضمونهای فراگیر سطح دو و شایستگیهای شخصیت معنوی، فضایل اخلاقی، شخصیت قوی و تاثیرگذار؛ روحیه جهادی در کارها، نگاه راهبردی، انسان‌مدار بودن؛ انقلابی‌بودن، شخصیت جامع‌الاطراف داشتن، مردم‌داری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، جذب حداکثری و اقدام فراتر از مرزها به‌عنوان مضمونهای فراگیر سطح یک ارائه شده است.

Explaining the Competency Model of Civilizational Jihadi ManagersCase study: Martyr Ghasem Soleimani

The Islamic Revolution, as the greatest event of the contemporary history in the Islamic world and the region, promises progress towards a new civilization on the basis of Islam. Islamic values ​​and concepts are applied to all of its aspects everywhere. Theorizing the Islamic and Jihadi management and proposing appropriate solutions, as a proper system to the internal situations of the country, can help us move towards this goal. However, the researchers’ works have not yet been able to achieve this. This research is an attempt to increase the effectiveness of these researches, and help achieve Jihadi management by focusing on the required features of Jihadi managers in order to obtain success. For this end, a qualitative research is conducted through theme analysis, which focuses on identifying the style and manners of Martyr Soleimani, one of the most successful and wellknown Jihadi managers proposing civilization, by reviewing various sources in this field to has introduce these features. So, 30 written sources in this field were reviewed, which resulted in 920 basic themes, 74 organizing themes, 13 comprehensive themes at level 1, and 3 comprehensive themes at level 2. To end with, a proper model containing three dimensions of Jihadi managing behaviors at individual, organizational and nationaltransnational contexts were identified as the comprehensive themes at level 2. Competencies including spiritual personality, moral virtues, strong and influential personality, Jihadi spirit in all affairs, strategic look, humanitarianism, revolutionary features, comprehensive traits, popularity, accountability, maximum absorption, and acting across borders are presented as comprehensive themes at level 1.
