واکاوی سبک رهبری سردار شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی الگوی متعالی رهبری خدمتگزار

با تحولاتی که پس از چهل سال استقامت و پایداری انقلاب اسلامی در عرصه‌های ملی و فراملی روی داده است و با ورود به گام دوم این انقلاب مبارک، به‌نظر می‌رسد الگوهای سنتی رهبری در سازمانها، پاسخگوی همه نیازهای انقلاب اسلامی نیست و بیش از هر زمان، نیاز به سبکهای رهبری بومی و موثر احساس می‌شود. یکی از اشکال رهبری که به رابطه قلبی بین رهبر و پیروان توجه دارد و رهبر را در کنار خدمتگزاری به اهداف سازمان، خدمتگزار پیروان خود می‌داند، رهبری خدمتگزار است. سبک رهبری سردار شهید قاسم سلیمانی به‌عنوان مصداقی متعالی از رهبری خدمتگزار، سبکی بومی و موثر است که موفقیت‌های شگرف ازجمله نابودی داعش را پدید آورد، بعد از شهادت ایشان و روشن‌ترشدن ابعاد گسترده‌تری از شخصیت و ماموریت وی، سبک رهبری ایشان به‌عنوان سبکی متناسب با ذات انقلاب اسلامی، بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفت. این پژوهش با هدف ترسیم مولفه‌های سبک رهبری این فرمانده، به بررسی کتابخانه‌ای در زندگینامه، سخنرانیها، یادداشتها و وصیتنامۀ شهید می‌پردازد، آن‌گاه با بهره‌گیری از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون، به 248 مضمون پایه، 21 مضمون سازماندهنده و 10 مضمون فراگیر دست یافت. این مضمونها شامل «مهرورزی با مردم»، «تکلیف‌گرایی»، «تخلق به ارزشهای الهی»، «تمرکز بر ماموریت»، «معنویت فردی»، «شخصیت با صلابت»، «پرورش کارکنان»، «داشتن آرمان متعالی»، «اخلاص در عمل» و «بصیرت زیاد» به‌عنوان مولفه‌های سبک متعالی رهبری خدمتگزار شهید قاسم سلیمانی است.

An Analysis of the Leadership Style of Martyr Lieutenant General Ghasem Soleimani: the Transcendent Model of Helper Leadership

The developments that has taken place in the national and transnational arenas after forty years of endurance and resistance, while arriving at the second step of this holy revolution, indicates that the traditional models of leadership in other organizations cannot not meet all the needs of the Islamic Revolution. More than ever, there is a need for indigenous and effective leadership styles. A form of leadership that considers a wholehearted relationship between the leader and the followers and regards the leader as a servant of his followers who accompanies them to obtain organizational goals, is called the helper leadership paradigm. The leadership style of Martyr Ghasem Soleimani, as a magnificent example of helper leadership, is an indigenous and effective style that has brought about remarkable successes, including the demolition of ISIL. After his assassination, Ghasem Soleimani’s style was given more attention as an appropriate method fitting the nature of the Islamic Revolution. Aimed at identifying the components of the leadership style of this commander, this research attempts to review the biography, speeches, notes and the will of this Martyr through library method of data collection. The researcher arrived at 248 basic themes, 21 organizing themes, and 10 themes by thematic analysis strategy. These themes included “mercifulness to people”, “taskorientation”, “receiving train from divine values”, “focus on mission”, “individual spirituality”, “dignified personality”, “staff development”, “having a transcendent ideal”, “sincerity in action” and “deep insight” as the components of the transcendent leadership helper style of the Martyr Ghasem Soleimani.
