تدوین الگوی فرماندهی شهید قاسم سلیمانی

مجموعه اقدامات و افتخارآفرینی‌های شهید قاسم سلیمانی در دوران چهل سالۀ انقلاب اسلامی، ایشان را به چهره ای بین‌المللی و نماد مقاومت تبدیل کرده است. بنابراین بررسی مکتب شهید قاسم سلیمانی به‌عنوان مکتبی جهانشمول و اخروی و الگو‌سازی آن برای الگو قرارگیری از سوی فرماندهان و مدیران از ضرورتهای اساسی جامعۀ امروزی ماست. با عنایت به این موارد، این پژوهش با هدف «تدوین الگوی مکتب  فرماندهی شهید  قاسم سلیمانی» به رشته تحریر درآمده است که با بررسی کتابخانه‌ای در زندگینامه، سخنرانیها، یادداشتها و وصیتنامۀ شهید و هم چنین مصاحبه با افراد صاحبنظر و استفاده از نظر خبرگان با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون، مکتب این شهید والامقام در پنج بُعد «معنوی و ارزشی»، «فردی و رفتاری»، «فرماندهی و مدیریتی»، «نظامی» و «تاثیرگذاری (عملکردی)» مشخص شد و در نهایت نتیجه گرفته شد که پیامد مکتب سلیمانی، «سعادت و شهادت» است.

Designing the Commanding Model of Shahid Ghasem Suleimani

The activities and outstanding performance of Shahid Ghasem Suleimani in the fortyyearold Islamic Revolution, has promoted him to the status of an international figure and a symbol of resistance. The investigation of Shahid Suleimani’s school, and designing a model of it, as a universal heavenly school, seem to be essentially necessary for leading the commanders and managers of the Islamic Revolution. Having this goal in mind, the researchers tried to design the commanding model of Shahid Suleimani’s school. This is a library research that considers the biography, speeches, notes, and the will of Shahid Suleimani, as well as interviews with authorities and scholars by conducting content analysis.  Shahid Suleimani’s school was identified by five dimensions including spiritual and value oriented, individual and behavioral, commanding and managerial, military, and influence (performance). The results demonstrated that Shahid Suleimani’s school end in salvation and martyrdom.
