مقایسه هیجان ابراز شده و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس در سه گروه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری و عملی و وابسته به مواد و همراهان و عادی

هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه هیجان ابراز شده و سبک های مقابله با استرس در سه گروه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری و عملی و وابستگی به مواد و همراهان عادی بود. بدین منظور، در قالب مطالعه از نوع علّی ـ مقایسه ای، سه گروه 40 نفری از بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری و عملی و خانواده آنان، بیماران وابسته به مواد مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی به همراه خانواده آنان به شیوه هدفمند و افراد عادی ساکن شهر تهران به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه هیجان ابراز شده کول و کازاریان و سبک های مقابله با استرس پارکر و اندلر ارزیابی شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد اگر چه بین گروه های پژوهشی در سبک های مقابله با استرس تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد؛ ولی در خرده مقیاس پاسخ هیجانی هیجان ابراز شده تفاوت بین گروه ها معنی دار بوده است ( p<0.05). مقایسه زوجی میانگین های تعدیل شده نشان می دهد که پاسخ های هیجانی در گروه بیماران وسواس به طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه وابسته به مواد و کنترل است ( p<0.05). در نتیجه، همراهان بیماران مبتلا به وسواس بیشتر از دیگر همراهان درگیر علائم بیمار شده، آسیب بیشتری را متحمل می شوند

Comparison of Expressed Emotion and Coping Styles with Stress in 3 Groups of Patient with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Drug Abuse Disorder and Relative and Control Group

The purpose of this study was comparing the expressed emotion and coping styles with stress in family of patients with obsessive compulsive and substance dependency disorders compared to the control group. For this purpose, in terms of a causalcomparative study, 3 groups (40 patients in each) of the obsessivecompulsive disordered patients and their families, substance dependent patients and their families, and the control group and their families living in Tehran, were selected with a deliberate approach and assessed using Expressed Emotion Scale of Cole and Kazarian, and Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation of Parker and Andler, questioners. The results of the analysis of covariance showed that although patients with obsessive compulsive disorder and substance dependency in coping styles with stress are not significantly different with control group, in Subscales of emotional response of expressed emotion, the difference between groups are significant (Plt;0.05). Adjusted mean comparison Paired shows that emotional response in obsessivecompulsive disorder group are more than substance dependency and control groups (Plt;0.05).As a result, most of the relatives of patients with obsessivecompulsive symptoms are more involved with patientsamp;rsquo; signs and incur more damage.
