بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامۀ سال‌های شگفت‌انگیز بر خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان ناشنوا

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش برنامۀ سال‌های شگفت‌انگیز بر خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان ناشنوا انجام شد. این مطالعه از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل همۀ مادران کودکان ناشنوا در شهرستان شهرضا در سال 99-1398 بود. نمونه شامل 20 مادر می‌شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری دردَسترس انتخاب شدند و با روش تصادفی در گروه‌های ده‌نفری آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابتدا تمام آزمودنی‌های هر دو گروه پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی والدینی دومکا، استریوزینگر، جکسون و روزا (1996) را کامل کردند و نمرۀ آن به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون در نظر گرفته شد. گروه‌ آزمایش در برنامۀ سال‌های شگفت‌انگیز در 12 جلسه شرکت کرد؛ درحالی‌که گروه کنترل در برنامۀ رایج مدرسه شرکت داشت. سپس هر دو گروه پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی والدینی را دوباره تکمیل کردند و نمرۀ آن به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون در نظر گرفته شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس تک‌متغیری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد برنامۀ سال‌های شگفت‌انگیز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان ناشنوا دارد (p<0.001). نتایج حاکی از آن بود که برنامۀ سال‌های شگفت‌انگیز برای بهبود خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان ناشنوا مفید و موثر است. پیشنهاد می‌شود از این برنامه برای آموزش مادران کودکان ناشنوا استفاده شود تا خودکارآمدی آنها بهبود یابد.

Investigating the Effect of Incredible Years Program Training on Self-efficacy in Mothers of Deaf Children

The current research aims to determine the effectiveness of Incredible Years (IY) program training on selfefficacy in mothers of deaf children. This research was a semiexperimental study with a pretest and posttest design and a control group. The statistical population of the present study included all mothers of deaf children in Shahreza in 20192020. The sample size was 20 mothers of deaf children who were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to an experimental and control group and each group consists of 10 individuals. First, all subjects in two groups completed Dumka, Steorzinger, Jackson Roosa parenting selfefficacy questionnaire (1996), and its scores was considered as a pretest. The experimental group participated in the IY program for 12 sessions, while the control group participated in the common program of the school. Then, both groups completed the parenting selfefficacy questionnaire and its score was considered as a posttest. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The results showed that IY program had a positive and significant effect on the selfefficacy of mothers of deaf children (P<0.001). The results indicated that the IY program was useful and effective in improving selfefficacy in mothers of deaf children. It is recommended that this program be used to educate mothers of deaf children to improve their selfefficacy.
