تحلیل نمادشناسی و عناصر مارکسیستی در رمان مدیر مدرسۀ جلال آل ‌احمد

مدیر مدرسه، اثر جلال آل احمد، یکی از رمان‌ های مشهور معاصر است که در آن  برخلاف آنچه که بارت گفته است، مولّف داستان، نه‌تنها «مُرده» نیست، که «زنده» تر از هر اثر رئال دیگری به تبیین و گذشته از آن، به تبلیغ تفکّر مرامی خویش، پیوسته اهتمام می ‌ورزد. بررسی مارکسیستی این رمان، که در آن نویسنده با گذرِ هنری از تعابیری همچون «جامعۀ طبقاتی»، «زیربنا/ روبنا»، «آگاهی طبقاتی» و در نهایت «انقلاب»، خواننده را متقاعد می ‌سازد که با مانیفستی از روشنفکران مارکسیست مواجه است که او را مُلزم می ‌دارد که موضع خویش را در قبال این متن ایدئولوژیک، دقیق تر صف‌ بندی کند. در این مقاله با استفاده از نگاه نظریه‌ پردازان مرتبط، سعی شده است با ترسیم خطوط کلّی اندیشۀ آل احمد، تحلیلی از این داستان ارائه شود که در کنار وجاهت ماندگار ادبی این اثر، جوانب حزبی و گفتمانی آن نیز بر مخاطب ادبیّات داستانی معاصر، هرچه بیشتر روشن شود. یافته‌ های پژوهش ما نشان می‌دهد راوی مدیر مدرسه ابتدا شکستی را در سطح نگاه ایدئولوژیک خود تجربه می ‌کند؛ سپس در سطح «عمل انقلابی» نیز بدان دچار می آید. در واقع مدیر مدرسه، روایت رئالیستی روشنفکر احساساتی و پر شوری است میانِ دو انقلاب که با استعفا نامه‌ اش در پایان داستان، شکست رویکرد مارکسیستی خود را به امضا می ‌رساند.

modire madreseh by jalal al ahmad is one of the famous contemporary novels in which the author of the story is not only dead, but more alive than any other real work, he continuously pays attention to explaining and promoting his ideology, contrary to what barthes said. the marxist review of this novel, in which the author goes through definitions such as &class society&, &substructure/superstructure&, &class consciousness& and finally &revolution&, convinces the reader that he is facing a manifesto of marxist intellectuals, which forces him to line up his position more precisely with regard to this ideological text. in this article with using the perspective of related theorists, we have tried to present an analysis of this story by showing the general thought of ale ahmed. also, the lasting literary beauty of this work, its party and discursive aspects are becoming more and more clear to the audience of contemporary fiction literature. the findings of our research show that the narrator of the modire madreseh initially experiences a failure at the level of his ideological view. then at the level of &revolutionary act& he suffers from it. in fact, the modire madreseh is a realist narrative of an emotional and passionate intellectual between two revolutions, who signs the failure of his marxist position with his resignation letter at the end of the story.
