چکیده
|
In this article, we will propose a new approach for evaluatingcongestion in decision making units (dmus) by weight restriction usingcommon weights based on comparison of inputs. the main advantage ofthe proposed method is to solve one linear programming for all dmus.therefore, this method greatly reduces the computational costs. theproposed model for measuring congestion will be shown by examples.
