This paper is devoted to the study of semi-infinite optimization with nonsmooth data. we introduce the arrow-hurwitczuzawa constraint qualification which is based on the clarke subdifferential. then, we derive a suitable karush-kuhn-tucker type necessaryoptimality condition.
