شناسایی پنداشتها، شرایط اجرا و مولفه‌های جهاد تبیین از منظر معلمان و دانشجومعلمان استان هرمزگان

هدف: این مطالعه، پنداشتها و شرایط اجرا و مولفه‌های جهاد تبیین را از منظر معلمان و دانشجومعلمان استان هرمزگان بررسی کرده و هدف اصلی آن، شناسایی و تحلیل نظرات و تجربیات این گروه‌ها در رابطه با چالشها و زمینه‌های موثر در اجرای جهاد تبیین بوده است. روش: در پژوهش حاضر از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر معیار اشباع نظری استفاده شد و داده‌ها با مصاحبه‌های عمیق جمع‌آوری و تحلیل کدگذاری کیفی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ تحقیق شامل 13 نفر از معلمان، دانشجومعلمان و کارشناسان خبرۀ آموزش‌وپرورش در حوزۀ جهاد تبیین در سطح استان بود. برای اعتبارسنجی داده‌ها، از روش مسیر ممیّزی بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: پنج مقولۀ اصلی در پنداشتهای مرتبط با جهاد تبیین وجود دارد: 1. آگاهی‌سازی و رفع سوءبرداشت‌ها(سطح آگاهی عمومی)؛ 2. امیدآفرینی و تحول‌سازی در جامعه؛ 3. تبیین مسائل و ارائۀ راهکار با بهره‌گیری از ظرفیتهای موجود؛ 4. دشمن‌شناسی و حمایت از انقلاب اسلامی؛ 5. لزوم توسعۀ فرهنگ‌سازی و فضاسازی مناسب. همچنین، 11 مولفه برای شرایط اجرا شناسایی شد؛ از جمله: نقش‌آفرینی همگانی، تفکر تحول‌آفرین، اتخاذ روحیۀ شجاعت و صداقت، برنامه‌ریزی منطقی، بهره‌گیری از ظرفیتهای جامعه و برگزاری اردوهای تبیینی. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند به بهبود فرایند جهاد تبیین و ارتقای فرهنگ‌سازی در جامعه کمک کند.

identification of perceptions, implementation conditions, and components of the jihad of clarification from the perspective of teachers and student teachers in hormozgan province

this study explores perceptions, implementation conditions, and components of jihad tabyeen from the perspectives of teachers and student teachers in hormozgan province. the main goal is to identify and analyze the views and experiences of these groups regarding the challenges and effective factors in executing jihad tabyeen. the research population consisted of 13 individuals, including teachers, student teachers, and experienced education experts involved in jihad tabyeen at the provincial level. purposeful sampling based on the saturation criterion was employed, and data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using qualitative coding methods. to ensure validity, the peer review method used. the results revealed five main categories related to perceptions of jihad tabyeen: 1-awareness-raising and correcting misconceptions (public awareness level), 2- fostering hope and transformational change in society, 3- elucidating issues and proposing solutions utilizing existing capacities4-enemy recognition and supporting the islamic revolution, 5-the necessity of developing a culture and appropriate environmental building. additionally, eleven implementation condition components were identified, including the role of public participation, transformational thinking, adopting a spirit of bravery and honesty, logical planning, utilization of societal capacities, and organizing tabyini camps. this study aims to improve the process of jihad tebyīn and promote cultural development in society.
