تبیین ضرورت بهسازی ساختار دورۀ کارشناسی تربیت‌معلم و ارائۀ الگوی مطلوب آن بر مبنای اساسنامۀ دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بهسازی ساختار دورۀ کارشناسی تربیت‌معلم و ارائۀ الگوی مطلوب آن در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. روش: در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و استخراج الگو و روش نظریۀ زمینه‌ای مبتنی بر نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها برای کدگذاری در قالب مصاحبه و پرسشهای بازپاسخ به تعداد 17 نفر به صورت گلوله برفی تا زمان اشباع نظری با افراد متخصص بوده است. اعتبارسنجی الگو با مشاورۀ متخصصان حوزۀ برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تربیت معلم بوده است. یافته‌ها: در ارائۀ الگوی ساختاری به دست آمده بر اساس صلاحیتهای معلمی، برنامه‌های درسی دورۀ کارشناسی در سه سال و هر سال سه ترم، با اولویت تخصیص سال اول به دروس معارف و تربیت اسلامی و سالهای دوم و سوم به آموزش دروس تخصصی و مهارتی تنظیم شود. نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه‌ریزی درسی مطابق با این الگو می‌تواند به ایجاد باورمندی وتقیّد به ایفای وظیفه در قبال پذیرش نقش انبیایی معلم و ترجیح لذتهای معنوی بر دیگر لذتهای زودگذر حسی و خیالی در سال اول بینجامد که بسترساز اهتمام جدّی‌تر دانشجومعلمان برای پرداختن به دروس تخصصی‌تر را در سالهای بعد فراهم می‌سازد.
