مدل سازمانهای فرهنگی دانشگاهی با استعانت از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری

هدف: به فرموده مقام معظم رهبری، مسئلۀ فرهنگی از همۀ مسائل کشو، مهم‌تر است و دانشگاهیان بایستی در کنار سنگر دانش، به ارتقای فرهنگی و بیداری فرهنگی جامعه کمک کنند. ایشان جهاد علمی و فرهنگی را بالاترین درجۀ مجاهدت می‌دانند و همواره دانشجویان و دانشگاهیان را ترغیب به کار فرهنگی کرده‌اند. به همین سبب، هدف این پژوهش ارائۀ مدل سازمانهای فرهنگی دانشگاهی با تکیه بر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری بود. روش: این پژوهش از نظر پارادایم، پست‌مدرن؛ از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، آمیخته(کیفی-کمّی) بود که با استفاده از فن متن‌کاوی lda انجام‌شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، کلیۀ بیانات مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1352 تا 1400 بوده است. یافته‌ها: با استفاده از علم متن‌کاوی، هفت رشتۀ موضوعی در خصوص ساختار فرهنگ دانشگاهی می‌توان در نظر گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست‌آمده، می‌توان اذعان کرد که حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌اى با نگاهی جامع و گسترده، انواع ساختارهای فرهنگی در دانشگاههای اسلامی را به طور کامل، تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل کرده و در بسیاری از بیانات، فرهنگ را مهم‌ترین مسئلۀ کشور، دانسته‌اند.

the model of academic cultural organizations with the help of the supreme leader’s statements

aim: according to the supreme leader, the cultural issue is more important than all the issues of the country, and academicians should contribute to the cultural promotion and cultural awakening of the society along with their effective knowledge. they consider scientific and cultural jihad as the highest level of struggle and have always encouraged students and academics to do cultural work. for this reason, this research sought to present the model of university cultural organizations based on the statements of the supreme leader.method: the research method of this research was postmodern in terms of paradigm, applied in terms of purpose, and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of nature, which was carried out using lda text mining technique. the statistical population of this research was all the statements of the supreme leader from 1973 to 2021.results: the results of the article indicate that using the text mining science, 7 topics regarding the structure of university culture can be considered.conclusion: according to the obtained results, it can be acknowledged that ayatollah khamenei, in a comprehensive and broad view, analyzed all kinds of cultural structures in islamic universities completely, and in many of his statements, culture is consideres as the most important issue of the country.
