بررسی رابطه هوش معنوی و بهزیستی با تحول اخلاقی دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطۀ هوش معنوی و بهزیستی با تحول و رشد اخلاقی دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از لحاظ روش‌آمار، توصیفی شامل محاسبه فراوانی‌ها، میانگین‌ها، انحراف استانداردها و برای آمار استنباطی از ضرایب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده ‌شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 1401 بودند. از این جامعه، نمونه‌ای به حجم 169 دانشجو با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد و به پرسشنامۀ‏ هوش معنوی، بهزیستی معنوی و تحول اخلاقی پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها نیز توسط آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوۀ ورود همزمان تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین مولفه‌های هوش معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی با تحول اخلاقی وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر؛ با افزایش هوش معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی، تحول اخلاقی نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند. همچنین، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که حدود 50 درصد از واریانس تحول اخلاقی توسط مولفه‌های هوش معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی تبیین می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعۀ حاضر نشان داد تحول اخلاقی در دانشجویان منوط به افزایش هوش معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی آنان است. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد شد که برنامه و طرحی جامع از سوی خانواده‌ها، متولیان فرهنگی و آموزش عالی به منظور تقویت هوش معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی دانشجویان برای تحول اخلاقی آنان تدوین و اجرا شود.

examining the relationship between spiritual intelligence and well-being with the moral development of mohaghegh ardabili university students

purpose: this research was conducted with the purpose of investigating the relationship between spiritual intelligence and well-being with moral development and development of students of mohaghegh ardabili university. methodology: in terms of statistical methods, the research method was descriptive, including the calculation of frequencies, averages, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis were used for inferential statistics. the statistical population of the present study included all students of mohaghegh ardabili university in the academic year of 1401. a sample of 169 students was selected from this population by cluster random sampling method and they answered the questionnaire of spiritual intelligence, spiritual well-being and moral evolution. the data were analyzed by pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests using the simultaneous entry method. findings: the results of the correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of spiritual intelligence and spiritual well-being with moral transformation; in other words, with the increase of spiritual intelligence and spiritual well-being, moral evolution also increases. also, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that about 50% of the variance of moral development is explained by the components of spiritual intelligence and spiritual well-being.
