چارچوبی بومی برای تعیین ویژگی‌های فرهنگی یادگیرندگان ایرانی در نظام آموزش الکترونیکی

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائۀ چارچوبی بومی برای تعیین ویژگی‌های فرهنگی یادگیرندگان ایرانی در نظام آموزش الکترونیکی انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. در مرحلۀ کیفی به منظور شناسایی ابعاد و عاملهای مرتبط با ویژگی‌های فرهنگی یادگیرندگان ایرانی و رسیدن به توافق در این خصوص، از پانل دلفی با حضور تعدادی از متخصصان استفاده شد. در مرحلۀ کمّی، از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته با 164 سوال و برای بررسی داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، ویژگی‌های فرهنگی یادگیرندگان ایرانی نظام آموزش الکترونیکی در شش بُعد فاصلۀ قدرت، ابهام‌پذیری در برابر ابهام‌گریزی، مردگرایی در برابر زن‌گرایی، جمع‌گرایی در برابر فردگرایی، نوع نگرش به زمان، نوع نگرش به فعالیت و 26 عامل بررسی شدند. بر مبنای داده‌های پژوهش، بُعد فاصلۀ قدرت بالاترین بار عاملی را به خود اختصاص داده بود و پایین‌ترین بار عاملی، مربوط به بعد نگرش به زمان بود؛ بعلاوه آنکه این چارچوب از برازش و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از چارچوب طراحی شدۀ پژوهش در تعیین نیازهای واقعی مخاطبان دوره‌ها، طراحی و شخصی‌سازی نظامهای آموزش الکترونیکی ایرانی می‌تواند مفید واقع شود.

designing a native framework to define the cultural characteristics of iranian learners in an e-learning system

purpose:the current study has been conducted with the aim to establish a native framework to define the cultural characteristics of iranian students in the e-learning system.method:in this study,the descriptive-analytical research method was applied. in the qualitative stage, the delphi panel was applied to acquire the most reliable consensus of a group of experts’ opinions. in a quantitative stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed with 164 questions, and confirmatory exploratory factor analyses were used to analyze the data. finding:in this study, the cultural characteristics of e-learning system learners in six dimensions of power distance, uncertainty avoidance versus certainty, masculinity versus feminism, collectivism versus individualism, attitude toward time, attitude toward activity, and 26 case factors were examined. according to the research data, the power dimension had the highest factor load, and the lowest factor load was related to attitude toward time.this framework had a good fit and reliabilityresults: the results of this study can be useful in determining the real needs of applicants for online courses and for the design, and personalization of e-learning systems
