رابطه ی فرهنگ انتظار با نشاط (مطالعه موردی دانشجومعلمان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان اهواز در سال تحصیلی1400-1401)

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی رابطۀ فرهنگ انتظار با نشاط دانشجومعلمان بود. روش: در این پژوهش که به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به روش کمّی انجام شد؛ ارتباط و همبستگی فرهنگ انتظار و نشاط بررسی شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، همۀ دانشجومعلمان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان اهواز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 به تعداد 1730 نفر بود. برای سنجش نشاط از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد نشاط با پنج زیرمولفۀ رضایت از زندگی، آراستگی ظاهری، تعامل اجتماعی، کارایی فردی و کمک به دیگران با آلفای کرانباخ 0.75 و برای سنجش فرهنگ انتظار از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد فرهنگ انتظار با دو زیرمولفۀ احساسات مهدوی و شناخت و آگاهی نسبت به امام زمان(عج) با آلفای کرانباخ 0.85 استفاده شد. پس از انتخاب اعضای نمونه به روش خوشه‌ای تصادفی، که تعداشان 313 نفر بود؛ اقدام به ارسال لینک پرسشنامه پژوهش و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و در نهایت، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار آماری اس.پی.اس.اس 26 شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان از همبستگی بسیار زیاد با سطح معناداری 0.001 بین مولفه‌های فرهنگ انتظار و نشاط در دانشجومعلمان داشت و این همبستگی در خصوص مولفۀ شناخت و آگاهی نسبت به امام زمان(عج) به شکل قابل توجهی بیشتر بود. این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که فرهنگ انتظار مهدوی، یک متغیّر پیش‌بین قوی برای نشاط در بین دانشجومعلمان است. نتیجه‌گیری: به متولیان امر تعلیم‌ و تربیت توصیه می‌شود که دانشجویان را با فرهنگ مهدویت به عنوان یکی از عظیم‌ترین ظرفیتهای معارف اسلامی که ذاتاً حرکت‌آفرین و نشاط‌بخش است و می‌تواند منشا تحول در جامعه باشد، آشنا ساخته؛ زمینۀ تعالی جامعۀ اسلامی را فراهم آورند.

the expectation culture and its relationship with enthusiasm (case study: female student-teachers of farhangian university of ahvaz in 1400-1400)

purpose: the purpose of this research was to explain the relationship and correlation of two variables &expectation culture& and &enthusiasm& among student-teachers.method: this research, which was practical in terms of its purpose, was carried out in a quantitative way. the statistical population of the research was female student-teachers of farhangian university of ahvaz in the academic year 1400-1401, numbering 1730 people. to measure enthusiasm, the standard questionnaire with five sub-components: satisfaction with life, appearance, social interaction, personal efficiency and helping others with cronbach’s alpha of 0.75, and to measure the expectation culture, the standard questionnaire with two sub-components of mahdavi feelings and cognition and awareness of imam zaman (as) was used with cronbach’s alpha of 0.85. after selecting the sample members by random clustering method, which numbered 313 people, the link of the research questionnaire was sent and data was collected and finally the data was analyzed using statistical software spss-26 .findings: the results of the research showed a very high correlation with a significance level of 0.001 between the components of the expectation culture and enthusiasm in student-teachers, and this correlation was significantly higher for the component of knowledge and awareness of imam zaman (as).
