بررسی ادراک دانش آموختگان تحصیلات تکمیلی از ویژگی‌های منفی اساتید دانشگاه

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ادراک و تجربۀ دانش‌آموختگان تحصیلات تکمیلی از ویژگی‌های منفی اساتید دانشگاه صورت پذیرفت. روش: روش تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود. افراد مورد مطالعه، دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری در سالهای 1390 تا 1399 (دهۀ 90) بودند که از میان ایشان، بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 20 نفر به عنوان مشارکت‌کننده انتخاب شده و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ایشان از ابزار مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته و برای تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل و تنظیم نتایج، ویژگی‌های منفی اساتید در قالب سه مضمون اصلی و 44 مضمون فرعی دسته‌بندی شد؛ که مضامین اصلی شامل «عیوب اخلاقی و ضعفهای شخصیتی»، «نقایص آموزشی و کلاس‌داری» و «ایرادات و قصورات پژوهشی» می‌باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: از نظر دانش‌آموختگان تحصیلات تکمیلی مورد مصاحبه در این پژوهش، ضعفها و قصورات شخصیتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی در برخی از اساتید خدشه به جایگاه ایشان وارد آورده و از نفوذ علمی و تربیتی ایشان بر دانشجویان کاسته است؛ بر این اساس، از اساتید انتظار می‌رود تا با نظر به این ویژگی‌ها، همواره پیش و بیش از دیگرسازی، مسیر رشد و خودسازی را دغدغه‌مندانه بپیمایند.

investigating the experience and perception of master’s and doctorate graduates about the negative characteristics of university professors

purpose: the purpose of this research was to investigate the perception and experience of master’s and doctorate graduates about the negative characteristics of university professors.method: the research method was qualitative and phenomenological. the statistical population of the research is the graduates of master’s degree and doctorate in the years 2011 - 2021 among whom 20 people were selected as participants based on the available sampling method, and semi-structured interviews were used to collect information from them and to analyze the findings, the collaizi method was used. findings: after analyzing and adjusting the results, the negative characteristics of professors were mentioned in the form of 3 main themes and 44 sub-themes; the main themes include moral defects and personality weaknesses, teaching and classroom weaknesses, and research problems of professors.conclusion: according to the graduate students interviewed in this research, the personality, educational and research weaknesses of some professors have damaged their position and reduced their scientific and educational influence on students. based on this, it is expected from the professors to pay attention to self-improvement more than education of others in view of these characteristics.
