ارزیابی اثربخشی فعالیتهای فرهنگی دانشگاه در جهت نهادینه شدن فرهنگ نماز(مطالعۀ موردی: دانشگاه هنر اسلامی تبریز)

هدف: پژوهش‌حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی فعالیتهای فرهنگی دانشگاه در نهادینه‌کردن فرهنگ نماز در بین دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: این مطالعه جزء پژوهشهای کاربردی با روش آمیخته از نوع ‌اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی، از روش استدلال منطقی به عنوان یک راهبرد پژوهشی کل‌نگر، در کنار روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مرور اسناد و کتب علمی استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی، اطلاعات حاصل از بخش کیفی، در قالب پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته در اختیار 406 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه هنر اسلامی تبریز که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند، قرار گرفت و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده ‌از روش مدلسازی معادلات‌ ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس.20 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: ضمن تاکید بر تاثیرگذاری فعالیت همۀ معاونتهای دانشگاهی، فعالیتهای معاونت فرهنگی به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین حوزه و مولفۀ «حضور فعال اساتید و تمامی کارکنان دانشگاه در نماز جماعت» به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین مولفه در نهادینه کردن فرهنگ نماز شناسایی شد. همچنین، بین تاثیرگذاری مولفه‌های فرهنگی در میان زن و مرد، تفاوت معناداری یافت شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق به عنوان یک رویکرد زمینه‌گرا، می‌‌تواند فعالیتهای دانشگاه در معاونتهای مختلف را متحول سازد و بر تمرکز همۀ نهادهای دانشگاهی بر فرهنگ نماز تاکید کند. همچنین با ارائۀ مولفه‌های موثر، سیاستگذاران امور فرهنگی دانشگاهها را در جهت تحقق و نهادینه کردن فرهنگ نماز در دانشگاهها یاری رساند.

evaluating the effect of cultural activities of the university on institutionalizing the culture of prayer(case study: islamic art university of tabriz)

aim: the present study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the cultural activities of the university in institutionalizing the culture of prayer among students. method: the study was considered to be an exploratory type of applied research with a mixed research method. in the qualitative part of the research, the method of logical reasoning was used as a comprehensive research strategy along with the method of library studies and document review of scientific books. in the quantitative part, the information obtained from the qualitative part, in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire, was available to 406 students of the tabriz islamic art university who were selected by random sampling, and the data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling method by spss20 software. results: while emphasizing the effectiveness of the activities of all university vice-chancellors, the activities of the cultural vice-chancellor, the most influential field and component &the active presence of all university professors and staff in congregational prayer& was identified as the most influential component in institutionalizing the culture of prayer. also, a significant difference was found between the influence of cultural components between men and women. conclusion: the results of the research as a context-oriented approach can change the activities of the university in different departments and emphasize the focus of all university institutions on prayer culture. by providing effective components, the research helps policymakers of cultural affairs of universities to realize and promote the culture of prayer in universities.
