تحلیل جامعه‌شناختی مسائل فرهنگی (مورد مطالعه: استان ایلام)

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل جامعه‌شناختی مسائل فرهنگی استان ایلام انجام شد تا در پرتو آن، مسائل فرهنگی را شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی کند. روش: رویکرد این پژوهش، از نوع مطالعات کیفی است و بر همین مبنا، شیوۀ برساخت مسئله از طریق حضور کنشگران متعدد با دیدگاههای تخصصی متنوع در زمینۀ امور فرهنگی در دستور کار قرار گرفت. از نظر شیوۀ اجرا، در پژوهش حاضر از روش دلفی استفاده شده است و گردآوری و تحلیل پاسخهای شرکت‌کنندگان در دلفی در چهار راند انجام شده و برای ارزیابی کیفیت تحقیق از تکنیک اعتبار پاسخگو برای اعتمادپذیری و برای پایایی نیز از تکنیک انتقال‌پذیری و اجماع خبرگان استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های تحقیق، پایین بودن میزان مطالعه، کم‌توجهی به شایسته‌سالاری، تجمّل‌گرایی، مصرف نمایشی، کاهش نشاط اجتماعی، نحیفی فرهنگ کار، سواد مدیریتی پایین مدیران، نومیدی، بالا بودن تعصبات قومی و زبانی و کم‌توجهی به نخبگان استان به عنوان مسائل فرهنگی قابل ذکرند. نتیجه‌گیری‌: اکثر مسائل فرهنگی استان با وضعیت جاری جامعه در سطح کلان همسو هستند و تعداد کمی از آنها منشا محلی دارند.

Sociological Analysis of Cultural Problems (Case Study: Ilam Province)

Objectives: This study is conducted with the aim of sociological analysis of cultural problems in Ilam province in order to identify and rank cultural problems in the light of it. Method: The approach of this research is a qualitative study and based on this, the use of problemconstructing method was put on the agenda and through the presence of various actors with various specialized views or socalled problemconstructing from the perspective of experts and a number of officials. The executive bodies in charge of cultural affairs have been identified. In terms of implementation method, in the present study, the Delphi method has been used and the responses of participants in Delphi have been collected and analyzed in four rounds (stages), to evaluate the quality of the research, respondentʼs credit technique for validitiability was used and transferability and expert consensus were used for reliability. Results : The most important findings of the research are low level of study, lack of attention to meritocracy, luxury, dramatic consumption, decrease in social vitality, weak work culture, low managerial literacy of managers, despair, high ethnic and linguistic prejudices and low Attention to the elites of the province can be mentioned as cultural problems. Conclusion: Most of the cultural problems of the province are in line with the current situation of the society at the macro level and a few numbers of them are of local origin
