مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری ابعاد فردی مدیریت جهادی؛ واکاوی هدایت و وابستگی مولفه‌ها

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، در بستر فهم لزوم همسازی ارکان نظامات و سیستم‌ها در فرایند نظام‌سازی شکل گرفت. یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان هر سیستم اجتماعی، عاملان و بازیگران انسانی سیستم‌اند و در این میان، مدیران سیستم اجتماعی از دیگر بازیگران موثرترند. بر این مبنا، این پژوهش، در جهت مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و تحلیل قدرت نفوذ بین مولفه‌های فردی مدیریت جهادی سازمان داده شد؛ علاوه بر آن، معیارهای استخراج‌شده، تعیین سطح شد و تحلیلی از میزان وابستگی متغیّرهای سیستم ‌ارائه شد. روش: در گام اول برای دستیابی به مولفه‌های مدیریت جهادی به سراغ روش تحلیل مضمون رفته و از مصاحبه با خبرگان این حوزه اطلاعات اولیه حاصل شد، داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها تحلیل شد و در نهایت، مولفه‌های فردی مدیریت جهادی ارائه شد. در گام بعد به منظور بررسی رابطۀ این مفاهیم با یکدیگر و سطح‌بندی آنها روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری انتخاب، همچنین برای درک و تحلیل بهتر روابط، از تکنیک تحلیل ساختاری و نرم‌افزار میک‌ماک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر این اساس، بعد فردی مدیریت جهادی از 10 مولفه تشکیل و در شش سطح دسته‌بندی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر این مبنا، مولفه‌های «آخرت‌گرایی و جهان‌بینی توحیدی»، «ولایتمداری» و «توکل بر خدا» به عنوان اثرگذارترین مولفه مشخص شد.

Interpretive Structural Modeling of Individual Dimensions of Jihadi Management and Analysis if Leadership and Component Dependence

Objectives: The present study has been formed in the context of understanding the need to harmonize the elements of systems in the systematization process. The aim of this study is to extract the structuralinterpretive model and analyze the power of influence between the individual components of jihadi management; In addition, it determines the level of the extracted criteria and provides an analysis of the degree of dependence of system variables. Method: In the first step, to obtain the components of jihadi management, the data method was used and basic information was obtained from interviews with experts in this field. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed, coded and categorized, and finally the individual components of jihadi management were presented. In the next step, in order to investigate the relationship between these concepts and their leveling, the structuralinterpretive modeling method was selected, and for better understanding and analysis of relationships, the structural analysis technique and MICMAC software were used. Results: Based on this, the individual dimension of jihadi management consisted of 10 components and was classified into six levels. Conclusion: On this basis, the components of Akharetgeraei (futurism) and Towhidi (Monotheistic) worldview” and Trust in God” were identified as the most effective components.
