مقایسه ادراک زمان از طریق استعاره‌ها در دانشجویان با و بدون اختلال وسواسی جبری

هدف: یکی از جنبه‌های شناختی اختلال وسواسی جبری، ویژگی‌های ادراک زمان در افراد مبتلاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ویژگی‌های ادراک زمان در این افراد و مقایسه آن با افراد فاقد اختلال با به کارگیری استعاره‌های زمان بود. روش: در این پژوهش به روش علّی مقایسه‌ای، از میان جامعه 70 نفری دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه مراغه در سالهای 1394 تا 1397، 40 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و 40 نفر فاقد اختلال روانپزشکی با گروه نمونه همتا شد. کلیه شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه وسواسی جبری ونکوور و پرسشنامه استعاره‌های زمان پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس23 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیّره حاکی از وجود تفاوت معنادار بین افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری و افراد فاقد اختلال در ادراک زمان بود؛ به این ترتیب که افراد وسواسی در سه عامل «زمان خصمانه، گذر تند زمان و زمان وحشی»، نمره بالاتری کسب کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: ادراک زمان در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری دارای ویژگی‌های خاصی است که اطلاع از آنها می‌تواند در طرح‌ریزی درمان‌های جدید مفید واقع شود و چارچوب گسترده‌تری از ویژگی‌های شناختی افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری را در اختیار درمانگران قرار دهد.

The Comparison of Time Perception Through Metaphors in Students with and Without ObsessiveCompulsive Disorder

Objectives:Obsessivecompulsive disorder is one of the psychological disorders which have attracted the attention of cognitive perspectives in recent years and Cognitive explanations for this disorder are increasing. One of the Cognitive aspects of this disorder that has not been investigated so far is characteristics of time perception in these people. The purpose of this study is Comparison of time perception in people with and without obsessivecompulsive disorder through the time metaphors. Methods:The research method is ex post facto study and statistical population consisted of all Referralswith Obsessivecompulsive disorder to counseling center of Maragheh university within 1394 to 1397(N=70). 40 patients were selected through available sampling and 40 people without psychiatric disorder were matched with the sample group.  For collecting data, Vancouver ObsessiveCompulsive inventory (VOCI) and time perception metaphors questionnaireare used.Data analysis is performed using SPSS23 software.Results:The results of multivariate analysis of variance indicate that there is significant differences between people with and without obsessivecompulsive disorder in time perception. People with obsessivecompulsive disorder have higher scores in “hostile time”, “rapid passage of time” and “wild time. Conclusion: Time perception has specific characteristics in people with obsessivecompulsive disorder and pay attention them could be useful on new treatments and Provides therapists with more information about cognitive aspects of obsessivecompulsive disorder.
