ارزیابی عملکرد هیئت های مذهبی دانشگاهی مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل اهمیت-عملکرد

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت هیئات مذهبی دانشگاهی، به مثابه یکی از مسئولیتهای اجتماعی دانشگاه اسلامی انجام شد. روش: پس از شناسایی عوامل تشکیل‌دهنده هیئات مذهبی دانشگاهی از طریق مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه، با رویکرد تحلیل اهمیت عملکرد سعی در ارزیابی عملکرد این هیئات شد و در مرحله اول 25 عامل تشکیل‌دهنده هیئات دانشگاهی در چهار محور، دسته‌بندی و سپس وضع موجود و مطلوب هر یک از عوامل به وسیله نظرخواهی از 47 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه، ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: مولفه‌های شناسایی شده ذیل چهار راهبرد کلی ذیل دسته‌بندی شدند: لزوم توجه حیاتی، تداوم وضعیت عالی موجود، دارای اولویت پایین و ناحیه قابل کاهش، که مدیران هیئات دانشگاهی را ملزم می‌کرد اقدامات خود را متناسب با هر یک از راهبرد‌های بیان‌شده جهت‌دهی کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: در حال حاضر برای بهبود وضعیت هیئتهای مذهبی دانشگاهی، بیشترین توجه باید معطوف به وجود عالم ربّانی، نظام تربیت خادم و استفاده از ظرفیت هیئات برای مسائل روز باشد.

performance evaluation of academic religious confraternities based on the importanceperformance analysis approach

objectives: the purpose of this study is to scrutiny the status of academic religious confraternities as one of the social responsibilities of the islamic universities. method: after identifying the constituent elements of the academic religious confraternities, through the importanceperformance analysis approach, it has been tried to evaluate the performance of these confraternities and in the first stage, 25 constitutive factors of academic religious confraternities categorized in 4 sections. after that, the existing and desires status of each of the factors was evaluated by 47 of experts from the field. results: the identified components were categorized into the following 4 general strategies: necessity vital attention, persistence on existing excellent status, low priority, and mitigated area that managers of academic religious confraternities should tailor their actions to each of the strategies outlined. conclusion: the authors of the survey concluded that at present, much attention must be focused on the existence of rabbani [divine] clergy, the system of servant education, and the use of the capacity of the religious confraternities for issues of the day.
