طراحی چارچوب مسئله‌شناسی فرهنگی در دانشگاهها از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ چارچوبی برای مسئله‌شناسی فرهنگی در دانشگاهها با بررسی و تحلیل بیانات امام خامنه‌ای بوده است. روش: در این پژوهش، از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک شبکۀ مضامین برای شناسایی مضامین مستتر و ترسیم تارنمای مضامین استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش، مضمون فراگیری به نام تعالی فرهنگی را در قالب چهار مقولۀ کلان فرهنگی: تعمیق باورهای دینی و ارزشی، هویت‌بخشی، رشد اجتماعی اسلامی و عنصر انقلابی و اسلامی، به عنوان مسئلۀ فرهنگی در دانشگاهها معرفی کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجۀ پژوهش نشان داد که خط مشی‌گذاری اثربخش و دستیابی به تعالی فرهنگی در دانشگاهها، نیازمند تدوین ماموریتها و اهداف فرهنگی بر پایۀ نیاز و شرایط دانشگاهها مبتنی بر مقوله‌های فرهنگی شناسایی‌شده از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای است.

A Framework for Cultural Problem in Universities Through the Discussion and Analysis of Imam Khamenei’s Statements 

The purpose of this study is to present a framework for cultural problem in universities through the discussion and analysis of Imam Khamenei’s statements. Methods: In this research, by using thematic analysis and using a thematic grid technique, it has been used to identify mastered themes and map themes. Results: research findings from the point of view of Imam Khamenei indicate the cultural excellence in the form of four major cultural categories: deepening religious and value beliefs, identity, Islamic social development, and revolutionary and Islamic elements. Conclusion: The results of the research showed effective policymaking and achieving cultural excellence in universities require the formulation of cultural missions and goals based on the needs and conditions of universities based on the cultural categories identified from Imam Khamenei’s perspective.
