واکاوی رفتار قانون‌گریزانۀ مهاجران در ایران با تاکید بر متغیّر‌های روان‌شناختی هوش معنوی و سبک هویت (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان افغان شهرستان کاشان) 

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی رفتار قانون‌گریزانۀ دانشجویان افغان در شهرستان کاشان و بررسی تاثیر متغیّرهای جمعیت‌شناختی و روان‌شناختی هوش معنوی و سبک هویت بر قانون‌گریزی این دانشجویان انجام شده است. روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر رویکرد کمّی؛ راهبرد آن، پیمایشی و روش تحقیق آن، توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، دانشجویان مهاجر افغان شهرستان کاشان است. یافته‌ها: نتایج این بررسی حاکی از تاثیر متغیّرهای جمعیت‌شناختی جنسیت، سن، وضعیت تاهل، دلیل اقامت، دورۀ تحصیلی و مدت اقامت بر قانون‌گریزی دانشجویان افغان شهرستان کاشان است. همچنین بین هوش معنوی و قانون‌گریزی رابطۀ منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر، نتایج نشان‌دهندۀ آن است که افراد با سبک هویت اطلاعاتی و سردرگم، تمایل بیشتری به قانون‌گریزی و دانشجویان با سبک هویت هنجاری و تعهد، تمایل کمتری به قانون‌گریزی دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و به منظور افزایش قانون‌گرایی دانشجویان مهاجر، تلاش برای تقویت هوش معنوی و تسریع در جامعه‌پذیری آنان، به خصوص در سالهای اول مهاجرت پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Analysis of Illegality of Immigrants in Iran with Emphasis on Psychological Variables of Spiritual Intelligence and Styles of Identity (Case: Afghan Students in Kashan) 

:  The present survey intends to analysis of illegality of immigrants in Iran with emphasis on psychological variables of spiritual intelligence and styles of identity. Method: The approach of the article is quantitative and applied research. The strategy of research is experimental research. Descriptive and correlation test are used to analyze data. Results: The results of this study indicate the effect of demographic variables such as: gender, age, marital status, reason of Immigration, academic degree and length of inhabitancy on the illegality of Afghan students of Kashan City. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and illegality. On the other hand, the results indicate that people with the informative and diffuse identity style are more likely to become illegality, and students with a normative and commitment identity style are less inclined to illegality. Conclusion: According to the results, in order to reduce the illegality of immigrant students, efforts to reinforce spiritual intelligence and accelerate their socialization, especially in the first years of migration, are suggested.
