بررسی عوامل برگزیدگی، انگیزشی و اثربخشی نخبگان و نقش تحولی آنان از منظر قرآن

از منظر قرآن، جایگاه و قدرت تاثیرگذاری نخبگان در تحول جامعه، دارای اهمیت فوق‌العاده‌ای است. رشد و تحول هر جامعه‌ای تابعی از ارادۀ نخبگان و همسویی آنان بر مبنای ارزشهای جامعه است و در فرایند جهانی شدن، علاوه بر بهره‌گیری از فرصتها، می‌توانند تهدیدها را به فرصت تبدیل کنند. هدف: هدف مقاله به مولفه‌های برگزیدگی و انگیزشی نخبگان از منظر قرآن، شیوه‌های تقویت و اثربخشی آنان و نقش تحولی آنان بود.  روش: با استفاده از روش «تحلیل محتوا» و بهره‌گیری از آیات و استخراج گزاره‌های مرتبط در حوزۀ نخبگی، همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل آنها و طبقه‌بندی موضوعات استخراج‌شده، مولفه‌های مدّ نظر به دست آمد. یافته‌ها: مولفه‌های برگزیدگی نخبگان در سه حیطۀ بینشی، گرایشی و منشی و شیوه‌های توانمندسازی در دو بخش تقویت و ارتقا به دست آمد. از دیگر یافته‌ها، اثربخشی نخبگان در ایجاد جامعۀ مطلوب و تحول‌گراست که در دو مرحلۀ بسترسازی و زیرساخت و مرحلۀ تثبیت و پایداری ارزیابی شد. از دیگر نتایج ارتباط دوسویه میان گزاره‌های نخبگی برای رشد و تحول بود.

The Study of Elite Factors, Motivation and Effectiveness and Their Evolving Role from the Qur’an’s Perspective 

The elites are extremely important from the perspective of the Holy Quran, given their status and power to influence the evolution of society. The growth and evolution of any society is a function of the will of the elites and their alignment with the values ​​of society, and in the process of globalization, in addition to seizing opportunities, they can turn threats into opportunities. Objectives:  Achieving the elite motivational components of the Holy Quran, their ways of strengthening and effectiveness and their evolutionary role. Method: Using the "content analysis" method, and utilizing the Qur’anic verses and extracting related statements in the elite domain, as well as analyzing them and classifying the extracted topics, the mentioned components were obtained. Results and Conclusion: The components of elite selection in three areas of vision, orientation and secretarial and empowerment methods in two parts of reinforcement and promotion are considered. Another finding is the effectiveness of elites in creating a desirable and transformative society that can be evaluated in both the infrastructure and the stabilization and sustainability phases. Another consequence is the reciprocal relationship between elite propositions for growth.
