چکیده
|
هدف: هدف محققدر این مقاله، استخراج شاخصهای دانشگاه فرهنگ‌ساز از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری بود. روش: این مقاله به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و از طریق گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات با مراجعه به منابع کتابخانه‌ای به رشته تحریر درآمده است. یافته‌ها: دانشگاه فرهنگ‌ساز با سه مولفۀ باورها، ارزشها و هنجارها، دارای 28 شاخص است که از مطالبات مقام معظم رهبری از دانشگاهیان استنتاج شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: دانشگاه فرهنگ‌ساز با شناخت فرهنگ موجود و فرهنگ مطلوب و اتخاذ رویکردهای مناسب فرهنگ‌سازی در چارچوب شاخصهای مستخرج از مطالبات مقام معظم رهبری، قادر است جامعه را به وضعیت مطلوب فرهنگی هدایت کند.

Abstract
|
Objectives:The main porpuse of the present research is to extract the indicators of a culturalcreator university from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. Method: This paper has been written using descriptiveanalytical method and by collecting data and information by referring to library resources. Results: A culturalcreator university, with three components of beliefs, values and norms, has 28 indicators that are derived from the demands of the Supreme Leader from Academics. Conclusion: A culturalcreator university, by recognizing the existing culture and desirable culture, and adopting appropriate approaches to cultural development, in the framework of the indices extracted from the demands of the Supreme Leader, can lead the society to a desirable cultural situation.
