فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات آموزشی بر خلاقیت دانش آموزان

هدف: درسال های اخیر، روانشناسان ومربیان آموزش وپروش درزمینه ی خلاقیت دانش آموزان به دنبال ارزیابی ومقایسه اعتباروکارایی مداخلات آموزشی بوده اند. دراین خصوص، فراتحلیل بایکپارچه کردن نتایج حاصل ازانجام تحقیقات مختلف، میزان اندازه اثر روشهای آموزشی رامشخص می‌نماید. پژوهش حاضرنیز برآن است تا با استفاده ی الگوی پژوهشی فراتحلیل مقایسه میزان اثرگذاری مداخلات آموزشی را برخلاقیت دانش آموزان موردبررسی قراردهد.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر فراتحلیل بود.جامعه آماری پژوهش، پایان نامه های کارشناسی ارشد ودکترا، وتحقیقات چاپ شده درمجلات علمی پژوهشی بودندکه درطی ده سال (1389- 1379) درزمینه ی مداخلات آموزشی برخلاقیت دانش آموزان انجام شده اندوحجم نمونه ی مناسبی داشته وازلحاظ روایی واعتبارابزاراندازه گیری وروش نمونه گیری شرایط لازم راداشته اند. بدین منظور 10پژوهش که ازلحاظ روش شناختی موردقبول بود،انتخاب وفراتحلیل برروی آنهاانجام گرفت. ابزارپژوهش عبارت ازچک لیست فراتحلیل بود.یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میزان اندازه اثرمداخلات آموزشی برخلاقیت دانش آموزان 55/0بود. در مجموع در تبیین یافته های پژوهش حاضر می توان گفت برای پرورش خلاقیت دانش آموزان باید ازروش های ارزشیابی نوین (توصیفی و کیفی) استفاده کرد، روش های تدریس فعال و مشارکتی را بجای شیوه های سنتی تدریس بکار برد و به پرورش خلاقیت معلمان پرداخت.

Metaanalysis of effectiveness of Educational intervention on creativity of students

Purpose: In recent years, psychologists, educator in the field of creative students have been researching for measurementhe of validity and efficiency of educational interventions. In this regard, metaanalysis by integrating the results of various studies, the rate will determine the size of the training methods. It is also used to study the pattern of metaanalysis to compare the effectiveness of educational interventions on the creativity of the students.Way: The study was a metaanalysis. Population of research, postgraduate and doctoral dissertations, and research published in scientific journals their research during the past ten years (1389 1379) in the field of educational interventions have been carried out on the creativity of students and the appropriate sample size and in terms of reliability and validity of measurement instruments and sampling are eligible. Thus, 10 of which were acceptable in terms of methodological, and metaanalysis was performed on them. Findings:The research instrument was a metaanalysis results showed that the size of the Czech list of educational interventions on student creativity 0/55 respectively.In general it cabesaid to explain the findings To foster students' creativity Should be used new evaluation methods (descriptive and qualitative), used Active and participatory teaching methods rather than traditional teaching methods and Pay teachers to foster creativity.
