الگوی آموزش خلاق برای دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدایی (با تاکید بر پایه ششم ابتدایی)

هدف از این پژوهش، طراحی یک مدل آموزش خلاق برای دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدایی با تاکید بر پایه ششم ابتدایی است، به نحوی که مولفه‌های کلی و جزیی آن شناخته شود و بتوان در ساختار نظام آموزشی از آن بهره برد. روش این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و پیمایشی و از نظر عملیاتی آمیخته – اکتشافی است. در این راستا در مرحله اول مولفه‌های آموزش خلاق در متون مستند موجود شناسایی شد و پس از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 تن از خبرگان به صورت کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای به صورت مقوله‌های اصلی و فرعی درآمد و سپس به روش طراحی پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته به صورت پیمایشی با نمونه آماری 384 نفر مطابق جدول گریج، نظر کارشناسان و خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران دریافت شد. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که مولفه‌های اصلی رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی، تقویت زیرساخت آموزش، روش‌های تدریس و رویکردهای یادگیری و یاددهی، محیط آموزش، محتوای کتب و شیوه ارزشیابی اساس الگوی آموزش خلاق در دوره آموزش ابتدایی پایه ششم ابتدایی بوده، همچنین معلوم شد که رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی از نفوذ بالا و تاثیرپذیری کمی نسبت به سایر مولفه‌ها برخورداربوده و هیچ متغیری در این الگو خودمختار عمل نکرد. نتیجه گیری: چنانچه عزم اجرای برنامه آموزش خلاق با هدف پرورش خلاقیت در دوره ابتدایی وجود داشته باشد، ابتدا باید زیرساخت‌ها و زمینه‌های لازم برای این امر فراهم شود تا معلمان به عنوان اصلی‌ترین رهبران آموزشی بتوانند به کمک مدیران مدارس و خانواده‌های دانش‌آموزان، نسلی خلاق و توانمند برای مواجهه با جهان پیچیده پیش رو، تربیت نمایند.
