بررسی رابطه بین تدریس تحول‌آفرین و نوآوری‌‌کاری با نقش واسطه‌ای مشارکت‌ کاری در دبیران دوره متوسطه اول

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین تدریس تحول‌آفرین و نوآوری‌ کاری با نقش واسطه‌ای مشارکت‌ کاری در دبیران دوره‌ متوسطه اول شهر کرمانشاه بود.روش: روش پژوهش، با توجه به هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه‌ی اجرا جزء پژوهش های توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه ‌اول مشغول به تدریس در سطح شهر کرمانشاه به صورت تقریبی، تعداد 967 نفر تشکیل داده‌اند که بر اساس جدول مورگان، تعداد 276 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌های تدریس تحول‌آفرین (ttq) بوچامپ و همکاران (2010)؛ پرسشنامه نوآوری و کسب ‌و‌ کار اصلی سازمان مقیمی (1390) و پرسشنامه مشارکت‌ کاری توماس لاداهل و کنجر (1965)بودند.یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری نشان دادند که بین تدریس تحول‌آفرین با نوآوری کاری با نقش واسطه‌ای مشارکت کاری رابطه وجود دارد. تدریس تحول‌آفرین بر نوآوری کاری، اثر مستقیم دارد. مشارکت کاری بر نوآوری کاری، اثر مستقیم دارد و تدریس تحول‌آفرین بر مشارکت کاری، اثر مستقیم دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولان آموزش و پرورش با فراهم آوردن امکانات و شرایط لازم برای تشکیل گروه‌های کاری دبیران در جهت مشارکت‌ کاری و تبادل‌نظر در مورد روش‌های تدریس تحول‌آفرین و ایجاد نوآوری‌های‌ کاری آنان بکوشند تا بتوانند آموزش نوآورانه‌تری برای دانش‌آموزان خلق کنند.

investigating the relationship between transformative teaching and work innovation with the mediating role of work participation in middle school teachers

purpose: the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformative teaching and work innovation with the mediating role of work participation in middle school teachers in kermanshah.method: the method of the study design is descriptivecorrelational and a component of applied research. the statistical population of this study is the teaching of middle school teachers in the city of kermanshah approximately 967 people in the academic year 20202011, which according to morgan table, 276 randomly clustered as a sample were. the instruments study used were the: transformational teaching questionnaire (ttq) of bojamp et al. (2010); the innovation and main business questionnaire of moghimi organization (2011) and thomas ladahl & kunger (1965) business participation questionnaire were used. results: to analyze the data, descriptive statistical indices such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistical tests including confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation meddling with partial least squares (pls) approach were used by smart pls software. the results indicate that there is a relationship between transformational teaching and work innovation with the mediating role of work participation. transformational teaching has a direct effect on job innovation. work participation has a direct effect on work innovation. transformational teaching has a direct effect on work participation. conclusion: according to the obtained results it is suggested that education officials will draw by providing the necessary facilities and conditions for the formation of teachers’ work groups to participate and discuss their teaching methods and create their innovations to create more innovative training for students.
