تبیین رابطه ساختاری بین صفات شخصیت و خلاقیت براساس نقش میانجی گر هوش و دانش

زمینه: تغییراتی که در جهان کنونی روی داده است، آن را به سویی برده است که خلاقیت و نوآوری بخش جدا نشدنی از آموزش است. اما جهت افزایش خلاقیت داشتن ویژگی‌های شخصیتی خاص و دانش و هوش ضروری است. هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش تبیین رابطه ساختاری بین صفات شخصیت و خلاقیت براساس نقش میانجی‌گر هوش و دانش است. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک طرح توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه شامل 300 نفر از دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان کرج است که به روش تصادفی – طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. چگونگی برازش مدل با داده‌های گردآوری شده، به کمک روش تحلیل مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos 24.0 و برآورد بیشینه احتمال (ml) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ضریب مسیر بین عامل گشودگی شخصیت و خلاقیت با میانجی‌گری هوش(β=0/124, p<0/01 ) مثبت و در سطح0/01 معنادار است. اگرچه ضریب مسیر بین عامل وظیفه‌شناسی شخصیت و خلاقیت با میانجی‌گری هوش در سطح 0/05 معنادار نبود(β=0/042, p=0/070 ) با وجود این ضریب مسیر غیر مستقیم مزبور در سطح 0/07 معنادار است. بر این اساس مشخص شد که هوش به صورت مثبت و معنادار رابطه بین صفات شخصیت گشودگی و با کمی اغماض، وظیفه‌شناسی با خلاقیت را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. که ضریب مسیر غیر مستقیم بین عامل گشودگی شخصیت و خلاقیت(β=0/154, p<0/01 ) از یک سو و ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین عامل وظیفه‌شناسی شخصیت و خلاقیت (β=0/121, p<0/01 )از سوی دیگر مثبت و در سطح0/01 معنادار است. این موضوع بیانگر آن است که دو متغیر هوش و دانش رابطه بین دو عامل گشودگی و وظیفه‌شناسی با خلاقیت را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که صفات شخصیت هم به صورت مستقیم و هم با میانجی‌گری متغیرهای دانش و هوش، خلاقیت را پیش بینی می‌کند.

Determination of the structural relationship between personality traits and creativity based on the role of intelligence and knowledge as the mediator

FindingsThe data show that in the general research model, it is assumed that personality traits predict creativity both directly and through the mediation of knowledge and intelligence variables. The way of collecting data and model processing was investigated by using structural equation modeling analysis method and AMOS 24.0 software and Maximum Likliehood Estimation (M).ConclusionThe result shows that the path coefficient between personality openness and creativity mediated by intelligence is positive (β=0.124 , p<0.01) and it is significant at the level of 0.01. Although the path coefficient between personality conscientiousness and creativity mediated by intelligence was not significant at the level of 0.05 (β=0.042, P=0.070)Despite this, aforementioned inderect path coefficient was significant at the level of 0.07, which is a valuable finding. Accordingly, it was concluded in the forth test that intelligence mediates positively and significantly the relationship, between personality traits openness and [with a little negligence] conscientiousness with creativity, which the indirect path coefficient between personality openness and creativity (β=0.154, P<0.01) in one hand, and the indirect path coefficient between personally conscientiousness, on the other hand, is positive and significant at the level of 0.01. This suggests that the two variables of intelligence and knowledge mediate the relationship between the two factors of openness and conscientiousness with creativity.
