شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های خلاقیت و ابتکار جهت ارتقای عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هئیت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی، تبیین ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص‌های عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران انجام شد. روش: پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند، و مصاحبه با خبرگان تا حصول اشباع نظری استمرار یافت. برای تعیین چارچوب منطقی از داده‌ها، مراحل شناسایی، یادداشت‌برداری و طبقه بندی مفاهیم انجام شد. دسته‌ها بازبینی و موارد تکراری حذف، موارد مشابه ادغام و ابعاد موضوع مشخص و سطح‌بندی شدند. روش تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها با تکنیک تحلیل مضمون از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. سپس به منظور سنجش اعتبار مدل، با ده نفر از خبرگان هیات علمی در قالب یک گروه کانونی در ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مدل، هم‌اندیشی و توافق صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد، مدل استخراج شده دارای 9 بعد، 25 مولفه و تعداد 80 شاخص برای ارزیابی عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی است. نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌های خلاقیت، ابتکار و نوآوری جزء مولفه‌ها و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی است و در بعد فردی قرار دارد.نتیجه گیری: مدل ارائه شده می‌تواند در ارزیابی عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هئیت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و رفع مشکلات و موانع احتمالی موجود و ارتقای خلاقیت و ابتکار آن مطلوب باشد.

entifying the dimensions, components and indicators of creativity and initiative to evaluate the research performance of the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University Tehran

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify, explain the dimensions, components and indicators of research performance of faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran.Method: The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, using content analysis method. Purposeful sampling, and interviews with experts continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. To determine the logical framework of the data, the steps of identification, notetaking and classification of concepts were performed. Categories were reviewed and duplicates were deleted, similar items were merged, and subject dimensions were identified and leveled. Data analysis method was performed by thematic analysis technique of open, axial and selective coding. Then, in order to assess the validity of the model, an agreement was reached with ten faculty experts in the form of a focus group on the dimensions, components and indicators of the model.Results: The results showed that the extracted model has 9 dimensions, 25 components and 80 indicators to evaluate the research performance of faculty members. The results showed that the indicators of creativity, initiative and innovation are among the components and characteristics of personality and are in the individual dimension.Conclusion: The proposed model can be desirable in evaluating the research performance of faculty members of the Islamic Azad University and eliminating possible problems and obstacles and promoting its creativity and initiative
