رابطه سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان و خلاقیت دانش آموزان بامیانجی گری بهزیستی روان شناختی دانش آموزان

هدف: هدف اصلی از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان و خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان با میانجی گری بهزیستی روان شناختی دانش‌آموزان مقطع اول متوسطه بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و طرح از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی ، جامعه آماری پژوهش تمام دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع اول متوسطه شهرستان چهاردانگه (حدود 1100 نفر) و معلمان آن ها (حدود 130 نفر) در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند . به منطور برآوردحجم نمونه با استفاده ازجدول کرجسی ومورگان (1979)، از میان جامعه آماری، نمونه‌ای به حجم 285 نفر دانش‌آموز و 97 نفر معلم تعیین و انتخاب نمونه‌ها با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و براساس لیست اسامی معلمین و دانش‌آموزان و ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه خلاقیت عابدی (1363)، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان شناختی ریف (2002)، پرسشنامه سبک مدیریت کلاس هوی (2000) بود. یافته ها: تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی میانگین ، واریانس و آمار استنباطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد بین سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان با خلاقیت و بین سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان با بهزیستی روان شناختی دانش آموزان مقطع اول متوسطه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد همچنین بین خلاقیت دانش آموزان مقطع اول متوسطه با بهزیستی روان شناختی آنان رابطه وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج کلی پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبک مدیریت کلاس معلمان و خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان با میانجی گری بهزیستی روان شناختی دانش‌آموزان مقطع اول متوسطه رابطه وجود دارد.

The relationship between teacherclass management style and students’ creativityProviding students with psychological wellbeing

Abstract The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teacher’s class management style and students’ creativity through mediation of psychological wellbeing among high school students. The research method was descriptive (nonexperimental) and design was a correlation type design. The statistical population of the study is all female high school students in Chahardangeh (about 1100) and their teachers (about 130 people) in the academic year of 196697. Among the statistical population, a sample of 285 students for students and 97 individuals for teachers was selected and a simple random sampling method was used based on the list of names of teachers and students. The data gathering tool was Abedi’s Creator Questionnaire (1363), Reif’s Psychological WellBeing Questionnaire (2002), and Hui’s Classroom Style Management Questionnaire (2000). First, after coordinating with the education authorities of Chardenghe city and providing necessary licenses, then coordinating with high school principals and giving explanations to authorities and students about how to do research and how to complete the questionnaires, teachers of the classroom management style questionnaire Hui, 2000) and students completed the questionnaire of creativity (2000) and the psychological wellbeing questionnaire (Reif, 2002). Finally, data analysis was performed. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics of mean and variance and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used. To accelerate the results, the spss and LISREL software were used. Results showed that there is a relationship between the style of teacher class management and students’ creativity by mediating the psychological wellbeing of high school students.
