بررسی تاثیر کتابخانه های عمومی در توسعه فرهنگی مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته و حاشیه شهری شهرستان بم

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر کتابخانه های عمومی در توسعه فرهنگی مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته و حاشیه شهری، شهرستان بم است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پژوهش توصیفی و علی و معلولی و از نظر با هدف با روش کاربردی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش اعضاء کتابخانه‌های عمومی مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته و حاشیه شهری، شهر بم است که طبق آمار به‌دست آمده از اداره کل کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمان 3631 نفر بوده که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 180 نفر با روش‌نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه ای تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه ای است که شامل شاخص‌های توسعه فرهنگی با 38 سوال است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای اعتبار پرسش نامه‌ شاخص های فرهنگی، 86/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم‌افزار آماری spss 23 استفاده گردید و از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد. نتایج: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده و با توجه به سطح معنی‌داری محاسبه‌شده (حداقل05/0 = p) مشخص‌گردیده است که تفاوت معنی‌دار میان گویه‌های آموزش فرهنگی و هنری، هویت فرهنگی، تعمیم فرهنگ کتابخوانی ‌و افزایش سرانه مطالعه و مبادلات فرهنگی نسبت به میانگین، نشان‌دهنده تاثیر مثبت کتابخانه‌های عمومی مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته و حاشیه شهری بم در شاخص‌های توسعه فرهنگی است. با توجه به مقادیر بدست آمده، شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش، تاثیر کتابخانه‌های عمومی را در تعمیم فرهنگ کتاب‌خوانی کم می دانند. بنابراین ضرورت مطالعه بیشتر و توجه کارشناسان و برنامه‌ریزان برای اتخاذ تصمیمات بهتر در نهاد احساس شده است. همچنین مقادیر میانگین مربوط به گویه‌های هویت فرهنگی نشان‌دهنده این بود که شرکت‌کنندگان ، تاثیر کتابخانه‌های عمومی را در تقویت هویت فرهنگی نسبت به سایر گویه‌ها بیشتر می‌دانند.

purpose: the purpose of this study is to study the impact of public libraries on the cultural development of less developed areas and urban margin of bam city. research method: the research method is descriptive and causal research method. the statistical population of this research is members of public libraries of less developed areas and urban margins of bam city, according to statistics obtained from kerman public libraries general directorate, the total population of libraries are 3631 persons. based on morgan table 180 persons are selected by cluster random sampling method. the research instrument was a researcher made questionnaire included two point likert type cultural development indices. the coefficient alpha of the questionnaires was 0.86. the obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and spss 23 software was used for data analysis.conclusion: based on the obtained results and considering the calculated significance level (p = 0.05), it was found that there is a significant difference between cultural and art education items, cultural identity, generalization of library culture and per capita increase. the study of cultural exchanges over the middle has shown the impact of the public libraries of less developed areas and the urban margins of bam on cultural development properties. given the values found, members of the public libraries underestimate the generalization of reading culture, so the need for further study and the attention of experts and planners to make better decisions in the institution has been felt. the mean values for cultural identity items also indicated that members of public libraries found it more effective to enhance cultural identity than other items.
