تقویت انگیزه معلمان در جهت ارتقاء صلاحیت‌های خود

برای بهبود پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان ارتقاء صلاحیت‌های معلمان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. معلمان توانمند از دانش، مهارت و تخصص خود در فرآیند آموزش دانش آموزان استفاده کرده و زمینه مساعدی را برای پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان به وجود خواهند آورد. هدف این پژوهش 1) شناخت مولفه‌های مختلف صلاحیت‌های معلمی و 2) شناسایی عوامل ایجاد انگیزه در معلمان جهت ارتقا صلاحیت‌های معلمی توسط خود است. روش پژوهش کیفی است و جهت تبیین از نظریه انگیزش شغلی هرزبرگ استفاده شد. ابزار مورداستفاده مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود. جامعه آماری شامل پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده مرتبط، معلمان و کارشناسان آموزشی در شهر تهران بود. حجم نمونه شامل 12 نفر از معلمان و کارشناسان آموزشی در دسترس در مناطق مختلف آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که صلاحیت‌های معلمی شامل 6 مولفه که شامل «مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان»، « مدیریت و سازماندهی کلاس درس»، «آموزش با تدریس»، «پیش‌نیازهای تدریس موثر»، «برنامه‌ریزی و آمادگی» و « ویژگی‌های شخصی معلم» است. هرکدام از این مولفه‌ها دارای زیر مولفه‌هایی نیز هستند. مقوله‌های حاصل از مصاحبه بر اساس عوامل ایجاد انگیزه در نظریه هرزبرگ به دودسته انگیزش شغلی و نگهدارنده (بهداشتی) تقسیم شدند که متناسب با هرکدام می‌توان مداخلاتی را جهت ایجاد انگیزه انجام داد تا معلمان خودشان نسبت به ارتقاء صلاحیت‌های معلمی خود با شرکت فعالانه در «دوره‌های دانش‌افزایی مصوب آموزش‌وپرورش»، «دوره‌های مجازی» و «غیرمجازی» اقدام نموده و به‌صورت خودجوش به جستجوی مطالب موردنیاز خود پرداخته و صلاحیت‌های معلمی خود را ارتقاء دهند.

strengthen the motivation of teachers to improve their own competencies

improving teachers’ competencies are of particular importance for improving students’ academic achievement. teachers with sufficient skills and knowledge can create a favorable environment for students’ academic progress. the purpose of this study is 1) to identify different components of teacher competencies, and 2) to identify the factors that motivate teachers to improve their own competencies. to achieve these two goals, the qualitative method was used. the instrument was a semistructured interview. questions of the interview were provided based on herzberg’s motivational theory. the statistical population includes teachers and educational experts who can have access to them in tehran. the sample size includes theoretical foundations and related research available, as well as 12 teachers and educational experts in different areas of education in tehran. purposeful sampling was performed. after reviewing, it was found that teacher competencies include 6 components include &teacher professional responsibilities&, &classroom management and organization&, &teaching&, &effective teaching prerequisites&, &planning and preparation& and &teacher personal characteristics&. each of these components has some subcomponents. after coding and categorizing the interviews, it was found that motivating factors are divided into two categories, motivators and hygiene. in accordance with each of them, interventions can be made to motivate their teachers to upgrade their teacher competencies by actively participating in approved education courses, virtual and nonvirtual courses, and searching for relevant materials.
